I live far from Newton but needed to buy a 6 pack in a pinch. I stumbled upon M&D.
They had a small shelf of craft beer. It was a surprisingly good selection and the prices were INSANELY cheap.
I would go out of my way to go back here.

Best Liquor Store in Newton! Great staff nicest people I’ve met in town. The clientele is old school Newton and lots of fun too. A must go for liquor and cigarettes in Newton!
