History
Established in 1990.
Founded as a studio in 1990 by six working artists, the name was taken from its original location at the corner of Spring and Bull Streets in Newport, Rhode Island. Since moving to 55 Bellevue Avenue in December 1994, the cooperative has grown to include 16 artists and a part-time director.
Exhibiting a wide variety of styles and disciplines, the gallery hosts changing monthly exhibitions (Members, Invited Guest Artists and Open Juried Theme Shows). An Opening Reception is held the first Saturday of each month from 5 to 7 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend. Gallery hours are daily noon to 5 p.m.
