History

Established in 2006.

We started our Law Firm in 2006, and wanted to offer the public and injured parties reliable and aggressive representation to depend on, especially after they have been in an accident, whether it be dealing with a wrongful death in the family, serious injury, car accident, pedestrian accident, bicycle accident, dog bite or slip and fall accident.

We believe that communication is the heart of the attorney-​client relationship and is an essential component of delivery of any legal services. No matter the practice setting, each and every attorney and attorney’s staff or support system owe a duty to each and every client to provide timely, pertinent information on each and every matter being handled for them. One of our goals, is to make our clients feel like we treated them like family.

Business Owner

From humble beginnings and son of hard-​working immigrant parents, Brent Duque was raised in La Puente, California. After graduating from Mt. San Antonio College, Mr. Duque went on to graduate from Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Duque did his graduate studies in Education and Public Administration at California Polytechnic University Pomona. Mr. Duque always knew that his goal in life was to help people, especially the «underdog» or people most in need of help. In pursuit of his goal to practice law, Mr. Duque left teaching in 1999 and was accepted at Whittier College of Law. After working for other firms, Mr. Duque knew that if he opened his own firm, he could provide more aggressive representation, better communication with clients, and secure larger settlements for his clients. In 2006, he started his firm and has had a remarkable and successful career.
