We all have accidents. Whether you run out the door in the morning and stub your toe or spill your coffee while driving, it happens to the best of us. When the owner had his accident and broke his iPhone he couldn’t find any convenient local options. This became the start of iRepair Solutions.

Mike Volkov (owner) had his accident when he dropped his beloved iPhone in the toilet. When he couldn’t find a reliable repair service in Cincinnati and the Apple store did not provide any affordable solutions, his frustration grew into action. He repaired his first iPhone and the rest is history.

It’s pricey but so worth it. I spent 180 on a new screen and fixed my LED in my Samsung galaxy. I would recommend calling to make sure they have the parts you need before going.
I’m happy though that my phone was fixed in a timely manner.

This is the place to take your apple products to have them repaired. Got an iPad screen repaired in 1.5 hours. Drop it off, grab lunch, check out the levee and pick up your product.

They fixed my iPad LCD. My iPads screen wasn’t cracked or chipped but I was told in order to fix it, they would have to break the glass. I would then also have to purchase the new glass. I understand there is a process to fix things and certain mishaps can’t be avoided but $ 149.99 jumped to $ 227 w tax included. I suggest including the list price for LCD repair to include the cost of the screen or comping the screen if it’s not broken to begin with. I’d also like to state the dude who took care of me when dropping off my iPad was a complete pompous jerk. Dude must have forgotten hes in a mall kiosk not at the APPLE STORE ?!? I don’t care what you USED TO DO right now you are the dude that I’m over paying for a simple service. If I have what you think is a stupid question you better suck that shit up and answer it!!! A couple remedial customer service classes could do him wonders .
All in all they fixed my iPad perfectly I can’t complain
if you have $ 200 to fix your old ipad you really like, do it
Otherwise it’s time for an upgrade !

I called to inquire about replacing the glass on my Samsung Galaxy. Chris, the GM, was extremely helpful and informative. I dropped my phone off at the Newport, KY location and they had it repaired exactly as described in the time frame they gave me. Would highly recommend them!

First time poster on Unilocal,but I found these guys by reading the Unilocal reviews. My experience was so good I felt compelled to write a review.
My daughter’s iPhone screen was blasted. She said it just fell out of her hand. It looked more like it fell from a 3-​story building.
Anyway, stopped in, met Chris, he said no problem. The only problem was that is was on Monday and all teenagers crack their screens over the weekend. He said it would be maybe 3 – 4 hours because he had so many repairs to do. He called me in about an hour and a half and it was ready!!!
I am a pretty tech-​savvy guy and I could have done this myself with a $ 60 kit and 4 or 5 hours of my time. But for $ 80 it was sooooooo worth using these guys!
Super nice. Great and speedy service. Reasonable price. I have 2 teenagers. I will be using these guys again and again I’m sure.

what have I learned from today’s excursions? 1. Avoid the Kenwood Apple Store store at all costs b/​c apparently there, A stands for Asshole; 2. Instead, go to iRepair Solutions on the Levee and talk to a really cool guy who knows what he’s doing and has a beating human heart and soul unlike those at the Asshole Store, opps, I’m sorry, I meant Apple Store.
Seriously, this place is great. The guy who runs it is fantastic and really explains what’s going on and what your options are. I would go here over the apple store ANY day. 100% satisfied.

I have been to IRepair twice. My iPhone screen had cracked, and I use my phone for just about everything so I needed it fixed ASAP. I found IRepair online, and decided that it was a better and cheaper option than going to the Apple Store. Not only were they courteous, and prompt but they fixed my phone in under two hours and I was on my way with my phone, that was expertly repaired and good as new. The rates were very reasonable– better than I could find anywhere else, and my phone came with a 90 day warranty. I went back a few weeks later because my screen wasn’t working, and I expected it to be at least a $ 100 repair. Instead, the man fixed it in minutes and did not charge me at all. I will be going to IRepair for all of my iphone needs because they have an honorable mission and genuinely want to help people. I appreciate this business and I strongly recommend them to anyone with an Iphone or Itouch!
