Dr. Lee began his career in the field of health care forty years ago, serving as a medic and dental specialist in the U.S. Air Force. He later earned his B.S. in Biology from The College of William and Mary, his D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry, and his surgical specialty degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been in the private practice sector of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1984. Currently, his office, Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery, is located in Newport News, VA.

Dr. Lee is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Virginia Dental Association, the Peninsula Dental Society, and past president of the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also serves as a committee member for AAOMS in Healthcare Advocacy. He has been an adjunct faculty member of Eastern Vir
