Just What I Kneaded Massage Studio

Brought my mother this massage, the lady called and cancelled because she had to go out of town. My mom tried calling back and they kept telling her they were booked. The phone number is unavailable. I will report this business to the better business bureau!

My husband and I have frequented Just What I Kneaded many times and they have always been great! The massages are very affordable and even more so when you pay attention to their online deals and specials which are recurring.
The massage itself has always been top notch and we have tried all three therapists. They never cut your time short like other places sometimes do either. I would highly recommend them. Both my husband and I were very impressed and we have had massages at a lot of places. This is our go to place.
I see in the other reviews that sometimes people have trouble scheduling appointments. All of their appointments can be scheduled through their website, even ones you buy through groupon. It’s very easy to do and it’s the only way I make an appointment (in fact I’m about to make one now!). There are only three therapists that work there and if all of them are in a session, then they do not leave the session to answer the phone (which is another thing I really appreciate because I have had a massage before where the therapist did that and it’s terrible).
In fact, I would say that their customer service is really amazing. I had scheduled a massage once and I had to cancel because the school scheduled a mandatory meeting I couldn’t get out of within the 24 time frame. They let me reschedule no questions asked which I thought was more than generous. In addition, my husband is Navy and before he left for OCS, he really wanted to get a massage in. Chris, one of the therapists, stayed late one evening to schedule him in the day before he left, which is didn’t have to do. We have both been more than impressed with their customer service!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don’t return phone calls, and I booked an appointment on line and no one was there. I’m sure if I hadn’t shown up for an appointment they would charge me. Can’t wait to hear the excuses and what they plan on doing to redeem themselves, if anything. I see they have a Groupon currently — save your money people. Wish I had Unilocaled them before I even bothered.

After contacting Groupon, the massage therapist called to schedule an appointment. My mom very much enjoyed the massage, and the mt’s demeanor. She would return and recommend her to others. They may want to consider hiring help for scheduling, as I still feel strongly regarding the amount of time spent just to get an appointment. 1 star was removed due to the initial experience.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was amazing! The staff were professional, and it was a very relaxing environment. Can’t wait to return!

Look for the trophy store in Hilton Village. When you find it there’s a door to the left. Enter that door and walk up the stairs. That’s where you’ll find this little local massage studio.
Laura, the owner, just opened up shop less than a year ago. I was once an office neighbor and that’s how I got to meet her. She now occupies my old tiny little office and is expanding her business to include more therapists. Good stuff for a small business owner!
I enjoyed a nice and relaxing massage. I wasn’t in the mood to be tapping out to any deep tissue sort of mayhem but I really needed something to relieve the stress in my upper back and neck as well as my hamstrings which for some odd reason has been killing me for the last several days. Now I’m all loose and relaxed.
What I think many will like about this office is that it’s not commercialized. Yes, it’s a business but you get a very personal feel of being at home without feeling like someone is trying to sell you anything.
