You’ve Got It Maid

Maria (the Proprietor of ‘You’ve Got it Maid) is a Godsend. I had the great fortune to meet her, casually (in Pavilion’s on Bayside, no less) and I finally got around to giving her a call. She’s as professional as they come. And ‘Elba’ the young lady we’re grateful to have assisting us is wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, willing to do anything and everything asked — but her thoroughness (thanks to Maria’s guidance I have no doubt) — not to mention her terrific work ethic (no one can teach you that) is such that we rarely, if ever have to ask her anything. It’s always done, to perfection. We’ve been clients for 6 months and have already highly recommended this company to several neighbors and friends. In this day and age of mediocrity, it’s a joy to be able to RAVE about a person (s) who are of such extraordinary value as Maia, her company and Elba. The Doremus Family

Maria (the owner) is a delight! I am extremely busy with work, so things often get left until the last minute… I called her for an appointment, and she had everything set up for the following day. The service is always timely, and Maria inspects the work to make sure everything is done well. If there are any issues, she deals with them immediately. In my experience with other services, you rarely get to speak to the owner… Here, Maria handles everything directly.
Only criticism is that it often takes a while to get things right. I went through several of Maria’s housekeepers before finally settling on another service.

I love Maria and Youve Got it Maid. Usually when I call her she is available the next weekday. She will call you to confirm, and is always on time!
They do an excellent job on our old musty beach house, they are not afraid to get in there and really scrub the grime! I feel their prices are fair for the work that they do.
The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was the last time they were over it seemed to take a really long time, but I was at work all day so it wasnt that big of a deal.
Regardless, I’d recommend them to anyone, they do an excellent job and I have no qualms about leaving them in my home all day!

1^st: The Maid service is Licensed, Insured & Bonded.
2^nd: Called on Friday. Got an appointment for today (Sunday).
3^rd: On time. Requested a deep clean and everything to be dusted extra well — my main allergy is dust.
The girls showed up, split up, attacked and were done under an hour and a half.
I travel a lot and the dust had been building up beyond my normal cleaning.
I’ve had my trials and tribulations with your «friends reffered» maid, the chain maid, etc. Look at my other Cleaning posts — one huge nightmare.
Lastly, it was done so well — I tipped the girls.
This is not a «planted» review. I travel 50% of the time and cleaning is not something I have the time for.
Without a doubt, I will be using them in the future.
