Specialize in Active Release Techniques (ART). ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/​movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

Dr. Travis ‘Doc T’ Conley was born and raised in the Bay Area and moved to Southern California in 1996 to pursue beach volleyball. While volleyball led Dr. Conley to Southern California his schooling in Chiropractic kept him here. During school Dr. Conley volunteered to work in a medical clinic in Tijuana, Mexico treating hundreds of individuals with no medical care. Dr. Conley has also worked with Ringling Brothers Circus, Stanford Women’s Swim Team and served as a staff chiropractor for Santa Margarita’s High Schools football team. Since finishing his Doctorate in 2004 and beginning in private practice, Dr. Conley has furthered his education to include a Board Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, a Board Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and attained a Master’s Level in Active Release Technique. He is also finishing two separate Diplomas, one in Nutrition and another in Sports Medicine.
