I had a breast augmentation, reduction and lift in September 2015. My breasts were very asymmetrical. My right breast was almost two cup sizes larger. I am from Phoenix, AZ and so I went on a few consults in Scottsdale. All the doctors wanted to do anchor incisions which scared me. I am only 30 years old and an avid weight lifter. I couldn’t imagine dealing with the scarring and recovery time. A doctor friend of mine recommended that I visit Dr. Agha in California. After viewing before/​after photos of several asymmetry surgeries on his website, I booked the consult and am so glad I did! The consult went very well. He recommended a different approach that was much less invasive. Recovery was very quick and I am so pleased with the results! I would definitely recommend Dr. Agha!

I have just completed my 8^th week of recovery from a full tummy tuck and lipo with dr agha, and my results are absolutely fabulous !!! From the moment I decided, and subsequently made my first appointment i have been treated with the most professional, detailed, organized level of staff … Dr agha was extremely thorough in explaining my surgery, going over all the options and perfectly suiting me to what I needed … His attention to detail is simply the best !!! Countdown to the day of my surgery, his staff and in particular Shireen were upmost caring in comforting and explaining what was needed to be done prior to surgery, which of course resulted in my speedy recovery … I have been taken care of and looked offer beautifully throughout this whole experience … I am extremely happy with my results. I can’t express how happy I am with my results, luckily, my results speak for themselves, Dr. Agha is a miracle worker! I originally visited Dr. Agha looking for a full mommy makeover. I had two back to back pregnancies, including a twin pregnancy. My twins were born at 7 lbs each and stretched my stomach beyond its limits. After about 6 months postpartum, I decided it was time to fix my abdominal deformity. The gap in my abdominal wall was probably 4 inches wide and I had a significant amount of extra skin. When I met Dr. Agha and his staff I immediately felt like I was in good hands with a friendly staff and extremely competent surgeon. My surgery included a tummy tuck and breast reduction and lift with an implant. The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous, Dr. Agha was very reassuring and comforting. My recovery was closely monitored by Dr. Agha and staff. I felt like I could talk to Dr. Agha at any time with any concerns I had. I was closely monitored during recovery and had no complications. My results are just amazing, I am so happy with Dr Agha and his staff. Stepping into Dr. Agha’s office was the best decision I made!

I love Dr Agha! I can’t say enough about his work. I had a Breast lift, augmentation and a full abdominoplasty done last year in October and although I was scared and nervous he and his staff made me feel like it would be a walk in the park. The after care was explained per the instructions that were given before hand but I have to be honest not all of it was accurate but nonetheless the staff corrected me when it was necessary and made sure that I was getting the necessary and correct post op care. I have to give kudos to my husband too through this whole operation he was there for me as my caregiver and my strength. My scar has healed fantastically and everyone that I spoke to and showed my scars to were amazed at the awesome work that Dr. Agha performed on me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Agha for you have made me feel beautiful once again… A feeling that I never thought I could feel for over 20 years since I had my children. Dr. Agha has completely changed my life.
Everything from the consultation to the post-​op care has been exceptional. The service and care I have received you can’t find just anywhere.
Dr. Agha, Whitney, Roma, Danielle, Andrea, and everyone else in the office and surgery team has continuously treated me with the upmost respect and have gone above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied.
I came to Dr. Agha for a forehead reduction, which many should know is a very complicated and precise procedure. He was very straightforward and honest about the way this procedure works.
Surgery day is definitely a blur, but I must say that the anesthesiologist has perfected putting you to sleep and waking up was near painless (pain level of a 2, on a scale of 1 – 10), for this procedure at least.
Dr. Agha was actually able to exceed the reduced amount he initially planned, which is ultimately what I was hoping for.
My down time was about two weeks, and within those two weeks (even up until now, my 3 – 4 week), Dr. Agha’s team has continuously checked in on me to ensure I am doing better everyday.
After my consultation with Dr. Agha, I knew this is who I wanted to trust with this procedure and I did not bother seeking out for any other doctors. I have never been happier with such a decision and it is safe to say I recommend Dr. Agha for any plastic/​reconstruction surgery, and will continue to go to him with any future procedures.

Dr. Siamak Agha produces absolutely amazing results! At age 30, I gained a significant amount of weight in a very short time period that later was discovered to be due to a hormone imbalance. Once my hormones were regulated and I lost the extra weight, I was left with lax skin. At a size 4, I felt more like a size 14, as I stuffed the sagging skin into compression undergarments before putting on my clothes. I wanted to address the sagging skin but was uncomfortable with the idea of scaring, so I sought several surgical alternative procedures including Synergy vacuum massage and Aluma laser radiofrequency skin tightening. After seeing no improvement, I was referred to a physician by a registered nurse and I underwent surgical laser lipo skin tightening. However, I still saw no improvement in my skin laxity. After great deliberation, I made the decision to have the excess skin surgically removed. I agreed to a tummy tuck by the same physician that performed the laser lipo, but due to the botched job I ended up with an asymmetrical scar, loose skin on one side, a seroma that resulted in lost sensation in the left half of my abdomen, and too small of a belly button. A year later, I found a board certified plastic surgeon who performed a tummy tuck revision, breast lift, and inner thigh lift, however the results again were unsettling. In conducting the thigh lift, the surgeon cut before measuring resulting in the scar on my right leg ending up three inches below the pelvic crease landing on top of my thigh, the left leg got infected, opened up, resulting in a 2×6 inch scar down the left pelvic crease, and the tummy tuck scar revision left my abdominal region tight but flabby along the hips and buttocks with dog ears on both ends of the scar. Needless to say, the results were far less than desirable and the complications from both botched surgeries were even more disconcerting than when I started. I asked the same surgeon to complete a lower body lift to address the remaining excess skin around my mid section and outer thighs, but he was unpracticed with this procedure, stated that it wouldn’t produce the results I wanted, and talked me out of the procedure. Significantly disheartened and tens of thousands of dollars misspent, I conducted further research and found Board Certified Plastic Dr. Siamak Agha. I underwent a lower body lift, tummy tuck scar revision, and inner thigh lift revision. Not only did Dr. Agha repair the other surgeons’ debauchers, but he significantly improved my overall appearance and I finally felt like a size 4 and comfortable not only throwing my compression undergarments away but in wearing shorts, dresses, and tight tops again. Dr. Agha’s skills are exceptional, and if I had gone to him first, I would have spent half the money, taken less time off work, risked less complications, and had these amazing results four years ago when I first started my transformation process.

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit here — and amazing results! My CoolSculpting practitioner was Danielle who was an absolute doll and a professional at what she does; she made the whole experience extremely comfortable, efficient, painless and even entertaining! In just a few hours I had my problem areas frozen off once and for all while watching The Patriot in a private room — it was fantastic!
My results to my absolute surprise have been extremely noticeable even to me — I plan to go once more for a final second pass to get even better results. DR. AGHA CHANGED MY BODY & LIFE!
After losing more than 200 pounds, I was left with massive amounts of excess skin that would certainly require a specialist in extreme weight loss cases. I found Dr. Agha in 2010 while researching plastic surgeons.
I came to Dr. Agha August, 2014, for my consult. I was extremely nervous, as in the past, I was either turned away because the surgery was too complex, or told that only partial work could be completed. I was consistently left hurt and discouraged.
As soon as I walked into Dr. Agha’s office, I felt immediately welcomed by a warm and inviting staff. Photo albums with his before and after work made me feel hopeful.
I realized that I was coming with challenges above and beyond excess skin, including mesh from a hernia repair and a botched tummy tuck job. Dr. Agha was confident and explained everything to my fiancée and me.
We booked my first surgery for October 13, 2014. This would include a vertical thigh plasty, thigh liposuction, buttock fat transfer, partial tummy tuck and an arm lift. I was amazed and so happy with my results and I could not wait to continue my journey.
I went on to have my next surgery on May 20, 2015. At that time, I had a lower body lift which included elevation of front thigh, outer thigh lift, buttock lift, liposuction of lower back, liposuction of abdomen, liposuction of flanks, and buttock fat transfer. I also had an arm lift revision, liposuction of saddlebags, liposuction back of thighs, and my tummy tuck was completed. With my prior tummy botched job in 2007, my new tummy tuck had to be done in stages. The results are unbelievable. I still have more surgeries to do, which I look forward to doing as soon as I am able.
Dr. Agha has changed my life not just in looks but the way I feel physically and mentally. I have faith in his abilities, because he can see the big picture. I see him as an artist who knows what will compliment your body. I have come so far and I cannot wait to continue with Dr. Agha. He has given me a new life and I will be forever grateful for his services.
I was so used to living with my excess skin, I never really stepped outside myself to take a good look. Last week I got up the courage to take a look at the photos from the day before each of my surgeries. Tearfully, I realized what a drastic change I have undergone.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Agha! I was so nervous to have surgery on my nose. After lots of research I decided to go with Dr. Agha and I am so happy with my decision! He did an amazing job despite the issues that he ran into with my nose. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have plastic surgery done. I will be using him again!

I am not sure how to write a review about the doctor that saved my life after sever post surgical complications… Because no matter what it’s going to be biased…
But let it be known that as I state this review on Dr. Agha; on my of my life I will tell you that he is not only a surgeon but a true friend of all of his patients.
If you concede to let Dr. Agha slice you up, he will be a friend of your family. Period. His family and practice will ALWAYS be there for you. No matter how trivial or how life threatening the issue.
Dr. Siamak Agha cares about his patients. It doesn’t matter (any of the legal jargon that you sign away on those contracts and paperwork) he is a true human being who cares about his patients while at the same time he respectively cares about his art. Dr. Agha will always be there no matter what complications you face and if you don’t face any complications he’ll be there to celebrate with you because your success is his success.

I HAD COMPLICATIONS after surgery… BUT IT WAS HOW DR. AGHA and his practice handled them that makes the review. PLEASE. If you are a sincere person and good at heart, you are in the hands of a friend. Trust ME.

Three weeks ago Dr. Agha performed magic! I had my implants removed, a breast lift and a reverse tummy tuck, and a scar repair from a prior botched plastic surgeon. Dr. Agha did an outstanding job with a tough procedure. I’m still sore and swollen, Dr. Agha is upfront about recovery, and the length it will take to recover. My prior experience with a different surgeon was scary and I was a little, ok a lot apprehensive about trying to fix the mistakes. I researched a lot of doctors and Dr. Agha was rated excellent. I scheduled a «free» consultation and signed paperwork that same day! So far I’m pleased with the results, and I have referred my neighbor to his office. I think he really prides himself on doing a great job, and he has a great eye for what needs to be done, and how to do it the right way! I highly recommend Dr. Agha as a plastic surgeon!

I consulted several Dr.‘s before selecting Dr. Agha. He’s amazing! Not only does he have a really great eye, he’s honest and knows his craft! I felt extremely comfortable, at ease and had no doubt my satisfaction was his goal. The staff is also amazing, they were always available via phone and email to answer questions and ease my concerns, and boy did I have a TON of them. Everyone is extremely considerate, detailed, kind, professional and very competent.
The consultation process was much more in depth then within the other Dr’s. Dr. Agha spent btwn 30 min to an hr with me. Other’s had their staff/​nurses/​sales people do the initial consult then the dr entered for a couple minutes to repeat everything. Dr Agha ensured I walked away confident in his abilities and the entire process. He also presented many options and alternatives, none of which the other Dr’s provided. Ie liposuction and injecting the fat into my breast instead of breast implants etc etc.
I highly recommend Dr. Agha and will absolutely get any future cosmetic procedures done with him.
I received numerous compliments on how natural my breasts look. He achieved my #1 goal!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m surprised at how natural and soft they feel.

Had this doctor do my breast augmentation for me over two years ago and my results could have been better. I have visible scarring and my left breast still gives me pain at times. Eight months after surgery, I would be in so much pain with my left breast that I would call crying asking if this was normal and they would downplay my pain and say it’s normal. Basically just giving me the boot. During my one year check up, I complained about the pain again and I literally didn’t get a response or ANY explanation from the doctor. When I expressed worry, I KID YOU NOT, he literally rolled his eyes and took a deep breath as if I were wasting his time.
I should have listened to my instincts. When I went for my consultation I had a weird feeling of uncaring staff coming my way when I had to deal with Shareen — the office manager, if you will, that controls the contracts and transactions. Everyone was just really cold and I didn’t not feel welcomed at all. I do have to say Danielle, the front desk associate and esthetition was the only one that put effort in comforting me.

I just wanted to take some time to leave a review about Dr. Agha and the wonderful staff he has at Newport Beach Plastic Surgery. I have never been to an office so welcoming and wonderful. The staff is truly amazing and Dr. Agha is thoughtful, thorough and extremely professional. I recommend him to all of my friends and family and I urge you to do the same!

My experience with Dr. Agha was terrible!
I had Juvederm injected into my lips for the very first time, needless to say I had a huge bump that after a month wouldn’t go away. I went in to see Dr. Agha and he pretty much didn’t do anything for it nor tell me what the cause of it was. I since have gone else where and had his mistakes corrected and have the lips I wanted. Not to mention his staff isn’t the greatest either.

I have wanted a tummy tuck since I gave birth to my 10lb, 11oz son in 1998. After he was born, I quickly lost the weight from the pregnancy but was left with a lot of loose skin. I am 4’11″ and was not made to carry such a large baby!
I began my search for a plastic surgeon about 2 years ago starting with learning about the procedure and the recovery. There are many doctors out there that say they can do a tummy tuck but many of them do not have Dr. Agha’s expertise.
In our initial consultation, I could tell immediately that Dr. Agha was a gifted surgeon who had the knowledge and experience I wanted. His main concern was that I be happy with the result. The way in which he explained the procedure made me feel that he knew exactly what needed to be done. Other doctors vaguely explained what needed to be done. Their consultations made me feel that their evaluation was generic and «canned». I did not feel that they knew what needed to be done for my specific situation.
I am 3 months post surgery and thrilled with my results. Shireen and Danielle have been so caring and have made me feel comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Agha and his team to everyone I know.
