Shelby is a great listener! I always feel stronger and brighter after we chat. She has given me genuine support and helped me to feel more grounded in stressful times. Shelby is always present with her naturally friendly energy and allows you to feel very comfortable sharing. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a great therapist!

I have seen Shelby as my regular personal therapist for months. She is very caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. I find myself opening up to her more than I do with other therapists I’ve seen and appreciate how she creates a dynamic I feel comfortable in. She has helped me work though everything from relationship problems, anxiety, a career crisis, depression, and much more. Her office is warm and inviting and also conveniently located. She also does phone sessions which are really convenient if you have a crazy schedule. Shelby has really helped me tremendously and I always feel more at ease after speaking with her.

I saw Shelby when my marriage was ending. I was angry and had many dark thoughts going through my head. Shelby was able to reach that place of trust that I needed in order to really open up. I found the sessions very low key but we had some tremendous breakthroughs. I shared thoughts with Shelby that I never revealed to anyone. I was able to vent and rant (if needed). But, most of the sessions were very calm and positive. After a couple weeks, I started looking forward to my next appointment… rather than dreading it.
Shelby was very calm and asked some very insightful questions. The treatment helped me be a better father and a better person. I always left in a way better mood than I arrived. I can honestly say she «got» me.
Shelby is punctual and I was never left sitting in a waiting room. She always returned messages and emails in a timely manner and helped me with reminders.

Ms. Castile is an amazing therapist. She has helped me immensely both personally and with my marriage. She has given me great tools to create a better life for myself and my family. She is extremely easy to talk to and creates a very safe environment for sharing and growth. I can’t say enough good things about her. Anyone and everyone could benefit from her services.

Shelby is a very unique therapist, honest, candid, and thoughtful. She takes time with her patients to get to know them and treat them with the utmost respect and care. Her office is centrally located and easy to find. You will not find a more caring practitioner!
