No one in the waiting room yet still had a 45 minute wait. What in God’s name are they doing back there?!?

Such a bad service… 30 m wait just to enter my info in the system and another 30 m to be called… The ladies speaking in another language other than English … And Rude

I’ve been going to this Quest Diagnostics for the last 3 – 4 years, and I always make sure to return to this precise location, because not only is it conveniently located by my home, there is an awesome phlebotomist there. She has highlights in her hair and she always does a great job. She always has a smile on her face and is very courteous to everyone around! :)

Great Job at needle sticks, with Appointment in and out in 15 min

Be prepared for the longest wait ever if you do not have an appointment. They only had one person working when I came in!

Abraham is the best! Was the fastest stick I ever had! Usually I get poked and they dig around looking for a vein, then end up poking me in the hand!

If I could rate a 0, I would. They are so incompetent here and unhelpful. They barely speak English and refuse to even lend out a pen or tell me what they need the insurance company to order. I just need biometrics for health insurance, I don’t think it could get any more routine. I feel awful sorry for the people that need to see this place routinely, they don’t seem to be quick learners. I’ve been here for 45 minutes and they can’t help me any better than when I walked in. completely incompetent.

Was seen at 10:45 for a 9:45 appointment. When I came in no one was at the desk. Signed in on the top sheet, which was apparently for walk ins. Asked 25 mins later if they needed anything from me since they weren’t at the desk when I signed in. They said no to sit down and they would call my name. At 10:30 told them again I had a 9:45 appointment and they said I had signed in to the wrong sheet. By blood pressure was super high for my biometrics because I was so frustrated. Not friendly or helpful staff.

I am writing a review because after seeing the other reviews I was pretty nervous about going here, but I had already made an appointment before I saw them.
That being said, I had a decent experience. I had an appointment at 9am. I got call back by around 9:05. They had a small issue with my paperwork, but the lady called my doctor and got it all straighten out. Blood was taken, which went well. It didn’t really hurt (anytime they stick a needle in you it will hurt somewhat). I was out of there by 9:30 am.
Don’t be scared by the other reviews. Make an early appointment. Wasn’t bad for me.

I would say zero stars but that’s not an option. I had an appt, came in 15min early and they took some guy who had no appt just a walk-​in around my actual appt time and he was in and out before I did.
They were unresponsive to my query about why this guy got in before I did. As if I didn’t event say anything.

I will never go to this office again! Very discourteous and negative. They acted like they were in physical pain to have to assist me. I frequently use Quest Labs, but this office SUCKS!

Awful service. I made an appointment and they lost it. I had to wait an hour and a half in the SRO waiting room to get my blood drawn. That same day they lost the appointments of two other people and one person’s lab work prescription. If they are this sloppy with paperwork I wonder how good they really are at lab work.

Worst service EVER. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unfriendly. When I told her I didn’t have insurance, she looked at me like I was vermin from the swamp. She didn’t greet me or say ONE word to me when I came in. I waited over 20 minutes and here was no one in the waiting room. When she told me how much my lab would cost for a routine thyroid check, $ 255, I left. I decided to go to Lab Corp instead. They charged only $ 85 and were VERY friendly!

Don’t ever go here. They have easily a 2 hour wait every time, and even their appts are delayed 30 min+. Terrible service.

I realize it must be hard to draw blood all day, but the staff at Quest Diagnostic we’re not at all friendly and had a horrible bedside manner. I guess you get what you pay for…

Unbelievable. I went to this Quest at approximately 3pm on a Tuesday. At first when I seen that there was no one there I was thinking «this won’t take too long». WRONG. The receptionist and the technician were talking about everything but work. The technician typed my paperwork extremely slow, she might have faster if she didn’t stop every few seconds to talk to the receptionist. She asked me 3 different times how to spell my name, it might have help if she had understood English better.

I treated both employee’s with respect and manners. Too bad they didn’t understand it’s courteous if someone says ‘Thank You and Have A Nice Day” to return the pleasantries.
This is by far the worst of the worst Quest Labs I have ever been to.

Place appears to be clean but is very sterile feeling. The Asian people working here are very hard to understand and come of as being rude. There’s no meet and greet or thanks or anything. Moral seems very low. Wish they played some calming music for us nervous folks. Hope this isn’t the future of our healthcare system.

Horrible experience twice in a row! My doctor told me to stop by and pick up a test kit – «just show them your order» she said. Well Lupe gave me the test but no instructions. Had to call corporate help line to get instructions. When I went back yesterday to get fasting blood work and turn in my kit, I was told I should’ve drunk «a lot» of water that morning before coming because my blood was slow. The tech, whose English was incomprehensible, poked one arm. Filled one vial. Then decided she liked the other arm better so went with that one for the other 3 vials. First arm has a HUGE bruise. The tech then took my kit, looked at it and informed me 2 tests still needed to be done and that Lupe had given me the wrong test because she «was probably too busy» when I stopped by. What? This place is awful and I will never go to Quest again. Ever.

I know this is a lab, not a spa, but they really need to improve their customer service! They should at least greet & welcome the patients if they happen to be at the front desk. I arrived on time for my appointment and signed in. No one came to the front to help me for at least 5 minutes. A lady came up, no smile, grumpy face and was rude! Getting a blood test is no fun, but I don’t mind it. For many people however, getting a blood test is very scary. The staff there should really be more pleasant, at minimum!

This place sucks! Stuff is rude and not helpful at all. The wait time is awful, the receptionist told me it would be around a 15 minute wait and I waited over an hour.
The office didn’t feel clean which is an awful feeling to have when you are getting blood tests done.
