O C Executive Limo

I have used OC Executive Limo many times to transport the executives in our company. I have never been let down, they are always on time and respond to my request quickly.

we used this company for 3 separate transfers for a very small wedding… they were VERY prompt… very professional… Mr. Jafari was very easy to contact via phone and was always there every step of the way. for me the cost was very competitive and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. For the final transfer… they didn’t have the size vehicle we requested (smaller limo for 3 people) and they «upgraded» us to a VERY large, very chic, very spacious limo with lights and everything… the kids thought it was the coolest thing! i would definitely use this company again in the future.

Davood, the owner of the company is AMAZING. I was trying to use the Über App on Valentine’s Day and when they did not have a town car available for me I was desperate for a nice ride for my date that evening. Davood was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful, and had my driver knocking on my door at 730 pm sharp. The car was clean and comfortable and the rates were more than fair. When dinner was running a little late I actually had to change the pick up time about two or three times and Davood was very understanding and really made me feel like he cared about the date I had with my girl He really saved the night and made the experience very memorable. Thank you so much!
Also, a special shout out to Paul, our driver. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to on the drive. I can’t wait to use their services again.

We called OC Executive Limo from Maui on the same day we were to arrive to LAX. We were looking to schedule a ride from LAX to our home in Orange County. Even though our request was last minute, Mr. Jafari who answered the phone, assured us that a driver would be there at the requested hour. True to his word, we were picked up as soon we walked out of the baggage area, our luggage was taken care of immediately and we enjoyed a relaxed and expedient ride back to our house. The driver was professional and friendly. The Limousine was brand new and extremely clean. We paid much less for this amazing experience than we had in the past when we opted for a taxi or a shuttle. The ride home was a perfect end to our vacation. We will never use any other service.

Terrible! I hired this car service to pick up myself and a co-​worker from Ontario airport and drive us back to Orange County airport. Got a call from the driver that he didn’t have the right permit and a police officer wasn’t letting him drive into the baggage claim/​pick up area at the airport. I suggested that he get the right permit and come get us. So we waited…20 minutes went by and I called. The driver told me he had the permit and would be over the curb to pick us up shortly. Another 20 minutes went by… called the driver again and he admits he is just now getting the permit and will be right there. Another 20 minutes go by!!! Now I call and he tells me he isn’t able to purchase the permit because of an issue with the car registration. He suggests that maybe we walk out to Airport Drive where he can pick us up!!! Yep… that’s right. His suggestion was for two pregnant women to haul our luggage across an airport and a parking lot to a busy road where he could pick us up. This all a full hour after we were supposed to have been picked up an on our way. Ummm yea… I don’t think so. We took a taxi.
Stay away from this car company. I never received one call from the company the next day to apologize for the issue. I sent an email to explain the entire situation to the company and never even received a response!
I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a car service!

If you are traveling with small children and looking for ground transportation in Orange County, I strongly suggest NOT using
OC Executive Limo LLC!
Unfortunately, The Company was referred to us by The Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel while we were their guests. I have since called the DGC and ask them to take these shysters off their referral list. Thankfully, after hearing our story Disney is no longer referring
OC Executive Limo LLC.
When looking for a limousine service I specifically wanted a company that would provide child safety seats for our children. Understanding that not all limo companies provide safety seats, I enlisted the help of Disneyland to referrer a reliable, child safety-​conscious company. I called and spoke with the owner of OC Executive Limo Davood Jafari. Mr. Jafari assured me that two child safety seats would be provided during our transportation to and from our destinations.
When the Limousine arrived the first thing out of the driver’s mouth was that he had forgotten the safety seats for my children! We were in a hurry to catch a Disney cruse after our stay at the DGC and didn’t have time to arrange other transportation.
Reluctantly, we all climbed into the limo.
Not only didn’t they provide seats, but the driver dropped us off at the wrong cruse terminal, miles away from the Disney ship. Luckily, the baggage handler for Carnival Cruses stop the driver as he was pulling away from the curd and helped reload all our luggage back into the Limousine.
After dropping us off at the right terminal, the driver assured me he «would have safety seats for our return trip». Again, NO seats were provided when the limo returned to pick us up after the cruse!!!
Unfortunately, California law exempts taxis and Limousines from having to use child safety seats. After reading the link below, I’m sure you’ll agree that all passenger vehicles should be required to adhere to the law!

I’m ashamed that I didn’t cancel the limo when they failed to provide the seats as promised initially! I’m thankful that we all arrived to our destinations safe and sound. It is my belief that OC Executive Limo LLC had no intention of EVER providing child safety seats and repeatedly lied in order to get my business. Steer clear of this limo company!!!
