Great experience. Many places provide good service and are kind however I doubt you will find a better person to work with than Nick Daramus. The used car we purchased was emmaculately detailed and in pristine condition. Everyone was wonderful to work with but Nick really stands out!

I highly recommend Robert N. for all your service needs at this dealership. Professional and courteous service. He follows up and updates status for you whenever he can. Truly reliable.

This review is for a purchase made on 12−27−15. I was in the market for a 2013 –2015 pre-​owned GS350 F-​sport. After looking for weeks i found a 2013 model close to me but found out it was in the process of being bought by the time i got to the dealership. Saw the Newport Lexus ad on autotrader for a 2014 with less miles and only $ 600 more so i called to verify it was still for sale and made the trip.
Best decision ever! Not only was it as advertised but also in near mint condition. On the road test my salesperson Norm (really nice guy), was an expert at demonstrating the NAV functions as well as voice commands for finding points of interest. A true professional, he made sure to answer any questions me or my wife had and made sure my kids were engaged as well. The buying process was quick and easy with no pressure or unnecessary add ons. In the delivery area, Norm made sure to assist with pairing our phones and transferring contacts, etc. This is the kind of service all other deanships should strive for.
The dealership itself is awesome with a resort hotel like feel and the added perks to customers. (free car washes, shuttle service to John Wayne airport and vehicle storage)
Showroom also has it’s own café, accessories center and mini shopping area.
The whole buying experience was a pleasure and we really felt like we were buying from a friend. Can’t say enough about the service received from salesperson Norm, good luck in your upcoming retirement!
One final note: During the road test i noticed a small crack on the windshield and asked if it would be repaired. Manager Bill (also nice guy) said no problem and ordered a replacement. Appt. process was easy, had it repaired and was happy they used a factory Lexus windshield. I think most places would have used a cheap replacement to save money. Just another reason Newport Lexus will have my business.

Ok they do minor body repairs now at this place, But who know what quality stranded they have!!!
I took my car RC 350 2015 for paint job and they took one weeks to fixed and after one week later one place on the body they painted peeled off (they claimed it was a door dent when there’s no where to find dents). After disputing about the paint job with the guy (Gilbert) did the paint job (yes they let me deal with him directly, what a cheap thing to do), after i demand to see a manger, Manager (Jason Johnson) and decided to fix it free of charge. So finally I got the car back yesterday (5pm dark) look at exterior paint job and i was so happy with the work they have preformed. Next day morning (today 02÷20÷16) when i went inside the car to vacuum and clean the dust which they haven’t cleaned i realized my stereo system vandalized and glued back togather when they had it in their promises. which was barely noticed since it was so dark when i picked up the car. Now I have to take it back to them to report this.
Worst customer service ever. Phone receiptinet doesn’t know that they have a body shop in there own place. go figure…
Do not take your car for any repairs if you want your CAR BACK SAFE… Do not TRUST them with you car as they don’t take care cars safely.
Really unsatisfied customer!!! i could have got a better results if i taken this to a cheap repair shop…

Newport Lexus delivered above my expectations. Shawn Mosherfi and his team were amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and was attentive to my needs through the entire process. Shawn was very hands in walking me through the paperwork process and ensuring I knew everything about my new Lexus, as well as the luxuries the dealership would continue to provide.
I purchased a 2016 IS200t and couldn’t be more pleased. The car drives beautifully and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I just got my ES350 today and so overwhelmed of joy, not only because of the car but got the super top notched excellent service from Eddy Lin, he went extra mile from the beginning to the end, great knowledge and so informative about the car. He walked and showed me and my husband around the place, he didn’t make us sit around too long and he always came over for update while we’re waiting for the paperwork. The place was very clean. Sarah Engel was short, easy, honest and sweet explaining the contract. What a great and special customer service from this 2. I highly recommend Newport Lexus dealership!!! I love my new ES350!

Everything was perfect‼ My advisor even spoke at length with my son, who lives across the country. This included the reason for suggested repairs to my vehicle, as well as costs, labor and possible alternative options. I was given a wonderful loaner car without even asking. I had courteous service from the time I dropped off my car through my cash out the following day. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle or need repairs.

Just bought the new Lexus RX350. We were helped Friday and Saturday by Nick Daramus in the sales department. Nick was incredibly helpful and upfront in showing us the great selection of available vehicles. We would highly recommend using Nick when evaluating a car purchase.

Came in for a transmission fluid change service with a coupon the recent weekend. The line was quite long with all the cars coming in for a car wash, but the service representative, Melissa Alarcon, was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process!
It also helps that there is a nice lounge and restroom for use during the wait!

My husband and I were in the market for a CPO Lexus ES 350 and visited 4 other Lexus dealerships prior to purchasing ours here. From our first point of contact, Eddy Lin, to our second point of contact, AJ D’Amato III, we received friendly service with followup emails in between visits. Besides the car itself, what sold us is the stellar customer service.
Sales team, Gary Kalagian and Cheyenne Scheller should be commended on their patience and willingness to go the extra mile for their customer. You know you’ve got a good salesman when you can spend thousands of your hard earned money, and still feel happy and excited after the purchase instead of buyer’s remorse. I can honestly say that the entire car buying experience was pleasant from beginning to end. The best part was how they present your new car before you drive off– complete with red bow, tutorial, personalized marquee and video.

I came to this dealer to Lease new 2016 Lexus GS350 f sport, sales person name Nick help me and I wasn’t satisfied with his service at all. He quoted me for gs350 $ 799 a month with $ 5000 down, I told him u are crazy, I said advertising is different but he said this is our price we can’t do any better, I said ok left this dealer same day I went to Laguna Niguel Mercedes and lease new 2016 GLE 450 coupe Amg with 0 down and $ 800 a month, gs350 price was $ 58 000 but Mercedes price for Amg $ 75 000 it’s too much difference.
So future customers I don’t recommend this dealer and especially Nick sales person

I? Driving A Lexus? A new Lexus?
I did my research and contacted several Lexus dealerships in the SoCal area and was given the best price at Newport Lexus. I decided to pay them a visit to see if what I was quoted was actually real.
I dropped by Newport Lexus and was greeted by Said. Said Altawil was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Even though the holiday party was about to begin, Said was more than accommodating with all my requests and questions. I test drove several cars and finally decided to purchase a brand new IS 250. This is usually when people start to dread the new car buying process. But, I was pleasantly surprised, Said and the team at Newport Lexus worked out a great price for the new car. We agreed on the price and I was well on my way to becoming a new Lexus owner.
Overall, Newport Lexus is a top notch dealership with amazing employees. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely buy another Lexus from them.

I would also like to give a shout-​out to Tony D’Amato, the general manager. Tony was extremely generous and kind during the whole car buying experience.

I have a 2008 Lexus RX2008 that we brought from Canada
Service was done regularly by my Mother in Canada so I have been taking it here since it came from Canada
Well here is the issue
They charge too much for service which I understand but they tell you they will wash your car and vacuum it
First time it was washed
Second time it was raining so no wash and they told me to bring it back which I did but they told me it would be an Hour and a half wait
This last time they did the wash and didn’t vacuum the Car
$ 80 for Wipers over $ 500 for regular service and they can’t even do the right thing
I did the survey and no call
I see the manager only comments on good comments and doesn’t even deal with the issues
To think I was going to buy a new car but won’t buy one at this dealership or even any Lexus Dealership
My Car will be taken to Jiffy Lube from now on as I will be able to see what they do

If you’re going to buy a Lexus this is the place to go. They believe in honest no hassle deals. My salesman, Phillip Huynh was outstanding. Phillip was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend working with Phillip. Sarah Engel was my financial advisor and handled all the paperwork. She is an absolute delight to work with. The team leader Jeff LeCastro also greeted me and helped me set up my bluetooth. He really cares that you’re pleased with your experience. The customer service quality at Newport Lexus is off the chart. This is the third vehicle I’ve leased from Newport Lexus. I’m sure it is easy to see why.
Unlike other reviewers I have had only positive experiences with the service department. They always answer all my questions and my car always runs perfectly after service. I’m always provided with a terrific loaner car and my car is washed to perfection after service. I’ve never had anyone try to up sell on anything at Newport Lexus.

Newport Lexus has such a friendly and attentive staff. I’ve been to other dealerships and this place has me leaving feeling comfortable and at ease. Although the car washes aren’t the best, take advantage of the complimentary services!

Hard to capture my disappointment with my recent service experience. I’m giving 2 stars to acknowledge this doesn’t concern the Sales side of the dealership.
Been a Lexus owner for over 15 years, but I usually buy/​service my car at Riverside Lexus. But I was going on a trip and my longtime business partner in Orange convinced me to take my car to Newport Lexus and leave it for 24 hours to get my problem fixed. I had a relatively small issue (I thought), brakes squeaked a little when I backed the car in reverse, despite the fact that I had a full brake job only last year.
Bottom line, they wanted to resurface all the rotors for a cool $ 1,000 and this was just not acceptable. Regardless, they insisted on charging me $ 150. Now, I understand a little work goes into giving me an estimate, but when you are a loyal owner, this is where appreciation is shown. Forget the drinks and snacks, REAL customer appreciation comes for things like this. Instead of making me feel good about my visit so I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back, they insisted on the charge. This is particularly ironic because I’ve been talking to the dealership (and good guy Andy Tran) about buying my new car there!
I don’t blame Joey the service guy, because these decisions come from management. But I asked TWICE to have the senior service manager call me to discuss, and instead I only got Joey who relayed the message they were not going to bend on the price. I would even be OK with a token charge (say $ 50), but again, I was ignored
I expect better from Lexus overall for their loyal customers. Perhaps they are taking their success for granted.

Norm made the purchase of my new RX so easy! He did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible! He was so kind and never pushy. Norm really cares about his customers! He took the time to go over the entire car and show me what every button does. He programmed my phone to sync with the Bluetooth system, set the memory settings on my seats and even helped me set my radio station presets! He answered all my questions and never rushed me. He put a bow on the car and even put together a personal video of my purchase. A very nice touch that I can share with my friends and family. My next purchase will definitely be at Newport Lexus!
