This company is REALLY great. We have bought several cars from them… Rolls, Bentley, Jaguar… and coming up on our fourth Rolls when we get the Wraith. Rolls itself stands behind their cars and treats their customers really well… first class act. We have a favorite salesperson there, Mike Burger. Have known him too many years to put in writing. The company always helps in times of need. Service is always done quickly and efficiently. We love this company.

Worst place to shop for a car, employees and owner are money hungry. You will never get a deal if you do not hustle and do your research.
They allow people to test drive their cars without supervision. Your future car from this dealership will have an internal damage and after few months it break and they wont fix it.
My car needed clutch repair at 5k miles. A week after I purchased the car I complained about a click every time I pressed the clutch and they told me it was normal. Apparently it was not and few months later the clutch broke. They sold me a bad car (possible due to an unsupervised test driving by others) and did not honor fixing the clutch. $ 8k down the drain.
Finally, they overprice their cars so that you think you got a deal if drop couple of thousand dollars off. They had my Lotus tagged at 79k and after a research I found out that their competition 20 miles away have it at 64k. I confronted them and dropped it from 79 to match the 64 :). What a fraud!
