Had a major floor in the house due to a pipe bursting underground. These people came quickly and took care of all the issues. Our house was saved thanks to these people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Little to my surprise, after coming home from a 4 day vacation, I walked into my home and was knee deep in water! Thank god my neighbors were there to help shut my water off. Out of desperation and jet lag, I immediately goggled any place that can help with water damage. First i found some other company that told me it would take 48 hours to even show up! I found these guys, gave them a call and they were at my home the same day! Not only were they extremely punctual, they were very understanding in what me and my family were going through. After the ordeal, i would definitely recommend these guys!

I moved from Vegas alone and didn’t know who to turn to when my bathroom sink started to overflow. Panic setting in and my cats running from the water starting to spread across the floor I quickly searched google and found Water Damage 411. They took care of everything! Such a big thing to happen and really I had no experience with anything like this. These guys handled my situation professionally and quickly. Never thought I’d ever have to deal with water damage, I guess no one ever does. :(
Well it happened and my place got soaked by a busted pipe above my living room. I found these guys online and keep in mind I was frantic when I called but I was assured they would take care of everything and when they were done it would barely be noticeable. I’m happy to say they came, they cleaned, they dried (even places I never would have thought of), and they were professional and courteous during the whole restoration. I recommend them to anyone that wants their place back to normal after a horrible experience as this. Thanks Newport Beach Water Damage 411! I hope to never need your services again but in the slight chance I do, you are my first call!
