I took my 82 year old mother to Newport Hearing Aid Associates for new hearing aids and we are 100% satisfied and pleased with our choice.
Wendy, the audiologist, was incredible! She took the time and had the patience needed to guide my mother through several devices and adjustments until my mother (and I) were completely satisfied with our product. There are so many different models and choices to make it can be overwhelming for any one let alone an elderly hard of hearing person. Wendy made sure my mother received exactly what she needed and that her devices were a perfect fit and that my mother understood how to operate them. My mother was allowed to try out the hearing aids (for two weeks at a time) before selecting and purchasing. Wendy was calm, patient and competent.
