Newport Beach Chevron Service & Car Wash

Soooo sloooow. Every time I’ve been here there’s a really long line. Once, it took so long that I had to just give up and drive away. There’s a special lane seemingly just for that purpose. The machine cleans the car fine and you’ll get a good exterior can wash. This car wash is best for people who have absolutely nothing better to do with their time.

Been here for gas… I’ve never seen pumps that high before. Good lord, I think I may have pulled something (j/​k). Granted, I’m only 5’5″, so I’m naturally vertically challenged, but a guy next to me said he is 6’2″ and was having trouble reaching everything too. Thumbs down.
Car wash does a good job, but you’re in for a long wait. I waited about 30 mins when there were 3 cars ahead of me a few weeks ago (one of them was in the wash). The guy who worked at the station warned me about this ahead of time though, which was cool.
Good selection of snacks in the station. They also have a service bay, which I haven’t used.
All in all, not a bad place and it’s nice that they offer so many services in one place.
