My Supernova

UPDATE: Buyer Beware!!!
Due to this review Supernova called me — yelled at me and IMMEDIATELY TOOK DOWN MY WEBSITE!!! Now I have no website because they claim ownership to all my information and I have to go through major inconvenience and costs for another website creation.

My Supernova has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason and you «the user» or «account holder» has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason within the guidelines of our Billing and Payments section below.
I wish I read these reviews before I committed! I am sorry that I ever went with My Supernova web design, marketing company. There was no web design — I gave them the design and was limited in my design based on their limited templates. There was no custom service. And marketing there is none. I get a monthly fee not for SEO, not for hosting — it is just to be there to change anything I may need to change. They basically only provided me with a mobile friendly website template. I even have to pay more to see how many people may go to my website after I launch a promotion! Right from the get go the sales people yessed me to death about all the things supernova could do for me then I had to be switched to a manager who told me I was misinformed and I basically got none of that and there would be a fee of hundreds of dollars to create my website. It progressed to paying hundreds of dollars to do my website that I SENT THEM EVERYTHING FROM WORDING, PICTURES, AND LAYOUT. They basically didn’t have to create or recreate anything for me. I told them how to set up special items I wanted included that they DIDN’T know how to do — but I (a layman) did! It gets better — they DON’T EVEN OFFER AN EMAIL SERVICE… Who doesn’t have email on any basic website! Then there are no meta=tags or anything to get me higher on google. They are there just to change anything I may want to. And there customer service leaves alot to be desired! UGH!

One of the biggest scams around. This company purports to create a unique website and maintain your online presence. They do neither. They created a horrendous website for us, using pictures stolen off of other people’s business sites, opening my company to liability issues. They don’t even host the sites themselves. Instead, they are a Go Daddy partner, paying around $ 5 a month per site, while charging customers $ 100 a month. As for maintaining our online presence, they had us listed on Google in two locations, and some business listing sites they had us listed as being open ²⁴⁄₇ and speaking only AMerican Sign Language!
This company is a complete scam. We are looking into filing a class action lawsuit against them. STAY AWAY!

I’ve asked multiple times to be removed from your dial list. You complained enough to have y last review removed, but within an hour of me being alerted, you call my «DO NOT CALL LIST» phone AGAIN!
Complain about this review as well. Be my guest. I would prefer to not be receiving solicitations from you. So, how about you stop calling me and then when you have my review removed again, at least I won’t have a need to leave another

They were misleading from the beginning. Robocalled me pretending to be Google. Talked to a live guy who also pretended to be Google. Lots of promises, none of which they are able to deliver on because «Google Partner» is not the same as actually being Google — it only means they are proficient, which from my experience with them, they are not.
Just to be clear… They are not Google. Don’t let them fool you.

I felt mislead by this company. They called me informing me that Google outsourced to their company to update my Google Business Listing. I fell prey to this company because my Google Local Business Account had been unverified and after sending a complaint to Google, My Supernova just happened to call me moments after. My Supernova ended up setting up a new account for me which is not what I wanted to be done. All I wanted was my old Google Local Business Account to be Verified which is what the Salesmen told me he was going to do in the first place (FALSE)! Two days ago, I got a call from Google and they ended up setting up my old Google Local Business and deactivated the $ 200+ account that My Supernova Created me. All in all, I didn’t feel like I got any value out of this service, and ended up calling the company two days ago and never got a call back (even though they said I would get unlimited customer service support after purchasing their product).

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! This company needs to be disbanded!!!
This company stinks. The Salesperson I talked to was rude, lied to me several times while a witness listened to it all. They will say anything to get a sale. I have literally had hundreds of calls from this specific company and kept a detailed call log. If it keeps up I am definitely going to spend whatever it costs to stop the annoying calls. I am pretty certain this is a few scammers working to fleece any person that doesn’t know any better. What kind of life it must be to do this for a living. GET A REAL JOB!!! I may have to visit them on a future trip to Cali. I am fairly certain there’s probably not even a real office.

They collected their payment and my listing disappeared after 3 weeks. Not happy with their service. Boo!
The payment wasn’t cheap either. I can’t believe I fell for this!

Bad Bad Company ! Calling me for over a year as Google? To sell me service. There is nothing I can do to stop them …

RUN and HIDE!
Sales promises one thing and they perform at a lower level. Good luck getting them to call you back if you have a dispute. Also, they keep billing your credit card until you change the number…
