Monaco Audio Video & Automation Specialist

I am here writing a review because I don’t want anyone to have to go through what we have gone through and are still going through having hired Monaco to do the AV in our home. We worked directly with Larry who assured us that they had done successful projects to the magnitude and quality that we were asking. After we signed the contract it was quickly apparent that they were not capable but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt after Larry continual reassured me that they would do everything in their power to leave us with the results we discussed. It has been many months since the last time I have heard from them. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars hiring other companies to come fix what they left either broken or not setup/​programmed correctly. I tried to contact Larry or anyone at Monaco to help me multiple times and didn’t even receive the courtesy of a call back or email response. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau hoping to resolve some outstanding issues and they still refused to contact me. I honestly don’t know what else to do. I don’t want anyone to go through this. It has been both costly and exhausting. The work they did was unprofessional and poor quality and they wouldn’t give me the decency of an explanation. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself from all of the trouble I have gone through and find a company that values its costumers and will stand behind its work.

We love working with Larry at Monaco. He installed an outdoor TV, speakers throughout our yard, in our house, and an intercom system for our front gate. Larry is definitely an expert and knows sound. The products he recommended have been great quality products. We were really sold on the customer service. Larry has been available and patient every time we’ve had questions or a minor problem. I don’t know how Monaco compares as far as price, because we didn’t get any other quotes. Overall, the price seem fair, product quality was great, and so was customer service. We have other projects we’d like to do and have every intention of using Monaco again!
