Michele Brandmeier – State Farm Insurance Agent

Thank you, Michele. I appreciate you going out of your way to check on the status of my garage ceiling leak and my car, when it wasn’t even a major issue… Thankfully.

I was insured by this branch of State Farm. I experience 2 accidents in a 1 year period. One was a head on collision while my brand new car was parked. The second was a rear end accident while on the 5 freeway. Neither accident my fault. Michele Brandmeier and her office did absolutely NOTHING to assist during these incidents. I was forwarded to the call center both times. Now State Farm is refusing to pay for the medical of 3610.00 for the 20 visits I had with the doctor after the rear end accident. The first accident I was never compensated for expenses. It happened out of state. I had to pay for all travel to and from state to retrieve my vehicle. I think the right agent can make a huge difference. Each time I called Michele’s office I was referred to the call center. I changed agents in June of 2014. Remaining a customer of State Farm. Now… after finding out State Farm won’t cover my medical expenses from the accident in July of 2013 I’m rethinking my decision to stay with them.

I believe there are 2 factors we consider when shopping around for Insurance. Rate and Service.
Michele is very competitive when it comes to rates.
As for service, Michele is amazing! She or one of her awesome agents are always available to help… One might not think of Service as a key factor when shopping for insurance on internet sites, but we all pay our insurance premiums so we have coverage on that rainy day! And WHEN IT’S RAINING, MICHELE IS THERE WITH A FRIENDLY UMBRELLA.
I have my insurance with Michele and refer all my clients to her as well. My clients always call and THANK ME FOR REFERRING MICHELE to them!

State Farm is a very good company for good drivers with good product and excellent prices on all types of insurance
but then there is the issue of who is your Agent?
Michele Brandmeier is as good as it gets. She is veryr smart and so is her staff and they are very customer focused.
So don’t listen to Flo as progressive is a terrible company. You will be very happy with State Farm and Michellle Brandmeier
