Just In Shape offers1 on 1 personal training, as well as small group training (no more than 3). Two semi-​private studio gyms located in Newport Beach. Top of the line equipment, including a Smith machine, dumbbells up to 100lbs, and cardio theater. NO membership fee! Our programs revolve around setting and accomplishing goals in 3 areas: Resistance training, individualized nutrition, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our main goal is to make fitness apart of your lifestyle. If you are willing to put in the work, we take care of all the rest. Get in the best shape of your life, and STAY that way!

History

Established in 2000.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness field, Justin has dedicated his life to helping others master and control the workings of their own bodies through resistance training, nutritional manipulation, and cardiovascular conditioning. Justin is ISSA certified, and has a background in nutrition. It doesn’t matter whether you want to get ready for a physique competition, or simply look and feel better for Summer; Justin works with people from all walks of life. The only thing that matters is that you come with a willing attitude to become a better version of YOU!

I am a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC. I am one of few trainers that actually practices what they preach. I live the lifestyle, and try to inspire my clients to do the same. Fitness is my life. It is my passion. There is nothing better than helping someone not only change their physical appearance, but change their entire life.
