Jamba Juice

Came here after my run for thirsty Thursday (stoked). Ordered a medium island pitaya smoothie asked for the free upgrade, showed the email blast and everything, they called my name and got a MEDIUM pitaya smoothie. Umm what? What happened with my upgrade?

what keeps me coming back? location, service, and my greens, fruits, and proteins of course!

Unilocal should add 0 stars too cause this place I would give 0 ZERO and if I can get the chance I give –5 stars. I go there a lot and always I get bad experience but this time it was horrible I usually get Pitaya Island Bowl for me and for the office friends oh man today they had 6 people working but no-​1 has any idea what they are making and how to prepare the orders every one of them was reading from the cheat sheet that they have it on the wall right on the top of ice cream machine ohhh boy you name the wrong orders that they are making even with reading the ingredients but the worst part was that i got pieces of fruit Island that they put it on top of your order and almost the bowl had less than 30% or less of the mixed stuff that they put at bottom of the bowl and the wait time was 26min no kidding so if you are in rush you better not come here. I suggest whoever the owner (franchisee) is let him be little smart and pay more money to employees that they know how to run the store, don’t worry you are making your money don’t be cheap as your employees.

Wow I must say I’m extremely disappointed in what has happened to this place in the last year. The new management and unknowledgeable staff here. I’ve ordered the same drink here for a year this is the third time in two months it’s been improperly prepared. A large Orange berry antioxidant is a juice not a small smoothie. I shouldn’t have to tell you where to look on the register. This place was awesome when the staff members Nicole, Sydnee, Laura and excellent managers like Meagen, Britnee were here it felt really family oriented and friendly. Good bye Jamba Juice I have no choice but to switch to Juice it Up now

This location is terrible. Tuesday night went to get gift cards at this location for my kids teachers (for teacher appreciation) and the doors were locked and they closed the location early. We arrived at 7:50 suppose to close at 8:00. 3 employees were washing dishes etc. I knocked on the door and an employee looked at us and then looked away. They all 3 ignored us. I tried calling standing at the door and they picked up the phone and then just hung up on me. I called 3 times I was so upset. Same thing happened. At the same time another gentleman arrived upset over the same thing. He knocked on the door and was being ignored as well. Because he continued to knock he was finally acknowledged and told store closed. He said its not 8 yet and then they ignored. Then another woman walked up as well frustrated that they were closed. My kids were disappointed as we had planned this gift for their teachers and as a customer what was really upsetting was the way your employees were treating customers. Really disappointing! We are all busy but when you arrive at a business during business hours you should be served.

i came in with all a friend. she got her drink first but it tasted baad, really watered down and left a bad taste ! so she had to get it remade !!
my drink took forever ! everyone that ordered after me already all got their drinks and left .
after my friend got her NEW drink i finally asked when mine was coming .
she gave me my drink that wasnt a full cup ! it was watery and tasted like water. at this point i was already to annoyed to ask them to make me a new drink ! i spent more i my lunch break here because service was slowww !!!

Their green drinks sucks!!! It literally took them 15 minutes to make my juice and when I finally got it… It was super bland and chunky.

This location seldom fills the smoothie cup to the top – they consistently try to short the customer. Additionally, they charge more than any other Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. I’ve politely discussed my observations with the manager on a couple of occasions but alas, nothing has changed. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I always come here, but the last few times I’ve ordered off the App seems pointless because you come in at that time and they don’t even start it because” they’re busy?” Like the whole point of the app is to get it faster and more convenient for the customer right? And when you go to the counter they don’t even acknowledge you so you wait even longer. Might as well just phone in the order.

This place is clean and the staff is very nice.
I always only order a drink at a time so I have no comments on their ability to handle large orders. But i can say that I’ve never had a bad experience at a Jamba Juice.
My favorite drink is the all fruit smoothie, Peach Perfection.
I’m usually here at 6 am on the weekdays because it is right around the corner from my workplace.

Hmmm… I like this place, very clean, nice crew, but I must say my green drink was not so good today. I ordered the 12oz greens juice with cucumber spinach pineapple lime and whatever else they put in it, but it was bland and it wasn’t slushy like I normally make my morning green drink at home on my Vitamix.
Part of the reason I stop by here is because it is on my way to work and when I don’t have time to make my own green drink at home, but I can’t justify paying the price they charge for a drink that isn’t better than what I can make at home. If I do return here, and I will, not sure I will order the greens juice. I’ll stick to their smoothies.

Customer satisfaction 100% I will continue coming back!!! They are always friendly here, and the Green drink is great

We had a meeting with my front desk and decided to take them off property and they had their choice of Starbucks or Jamba Juice, and they chose Jamba Juice.
We ordered a total of 7 drinks and one of their yogurt type bowls. I was very pleased with the girl who took out order as she was very friendly and went of her way to assure that we were satisfied. She even went as far as to bring our order out to us as we wanted to get our meeting started.
Overall every time I have visited this location I have been very pleased! If you’re in the area make sure to stop by and enjoy your beverage!

Love Jamba Juice, the secret menu is fun and really good. I loved the freshly squeezed OJ and even the wheat grass. This location is especially good because if you call in your order it will be waiting for you. 5 stars all the way.

Love Jamba Juice at this place, staff always friendly. I always get my juice But I’m disappointed that they say their opening hour its at 6:00am and its closed. No Jamba for me this morning :(

This Jamba Juice location is located very close to my house, so it is very convenient to come here. Jamba Juice is right next to Staples which makes it easy to find. The staff here is really awesome. My favorite employee here is Jordan, he is so welcoming and has such a great spirit when you come into the store. I tried açai bowl for the first time here and it was very good, but mostly I love their smoothies. I definitely recommend their pomegranate smoothie and the famous Razzmatazz. Good prices for yummy smoothies and treats. Definitely recommend coming to this location because of how friendly they are.

This place is like a 5 – 7 minute drive from where I work. I came here last week with my co-​worker to utilize their BOGO coupon. Since it was the last day of the coupon AND it was lunch time, the wait time for drinks to get prepared took a while.
At lunch, finding parking can get a bit difficult, so keep your eyes peeled for a spot, and be careful for any terrible drivers: O
The boosts aren’t free anymore! :(That just shows you how long it has been since I have gone to Jamba Juice.

I like the fact that they’re open super early at 6am. Works great for early risers like myself to get a protein shake after an AM workout.
The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and had my drink ready by the time I put my card back in my wallet.

Normally I have a really good experience whenever I come here before work, but today was actually the worst service I have ever gotten! While there was another person asking questions to four other workers about drinks in front of me, one of the workers asked if I knew what I wanted so I gave him my order.
Once the cashier was done I told him what I had ordered. I even put a couple dollars in the tip jar because I felt bad for him — the customer in front of me was a nightmare. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally saw my drink made. It’s bright pink and I get it all the time. But the girl who made it looked very confused and set it aside without saying anything. So I asked her if that was my drink. Turns out they had made two of my drinks. Instead of actually giving me one, they weren’t going to give me the drink at all? That didn’t sit well with me.
Once I actually got the drink after telling them that’s what I ordered, it was terrible! First off, it was covered with my drink and sticky and messy to the max! Then, I was literally eating ice chunks out of the drink. I couldn’t even really drink it because the ice kept getting stuck in the straw.
The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the cashier was nice and personable, though not the brightest. Honestly probably won’t come back here again.

I like this Jamba Juice. Really really really hot white chicks work here. Great eye candy so I expected the Juice to be of a similar grade and it was perfection. Im actually not a big fan of Jamba Juice but these workers here put in that work and make really good juice (ok I am giving them a lot of credit because they are hot, Im a dude so sue me). I actually noticed today that the ingredients are frozen which I did not realize before. I always thought it was fresh but I can’t complain. It tasted pretty good. That strawberry wave… mmmhhh (oh wait thats at Juice It Up)… I got something strawberry here, I think it is the Strawberry Wild.
