Hi! I’m Heather, founder of Inspired Organic. I worked in the organic food industry for five years after receiving my masters in hospitality management from Cornell, first at Whole Foods Market and then running an organic café in NYC. It was then I discovered that I love to cook, and it’s really easy to make seasonal, wholesome delicious meals (even in a very small NYC apartment)! I am a holistic health coach, certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition — where I also worked as the director of education for the past three years.
