Linda is excellent in her field, and knows traffic law better than most. Cannot tell you how much she has contributed to the community and to knowledge in the fields of criminal defense and traffic law.

Linda has helped me out with at least 3 tickets I’ve received over the past several years.
I hired her for the first one on a day’s notice — I needed to be in court for a ticket the next day but because of work I wouldn’t be able to attend and the court had been giving me the run-​around all week and wouldn’t let me reschedule. I saw her car in the courthouse parking lot with her advertisement on the back window the day before I was due in court. I called her from the parking lot and she sympathized with my feelings about the treatment I was getting. I hired her on the spot. She appeared on my behalf the next day and got the charges dismissed.
If I remember correctly, ticket #2 was speeding over 100mph, which is more severe than a standard speeding ticket. I got the ticket while traveling to Vegas. The courthouse I was summoned to was 2 hours away. Not having to personally show up to court was worth her fee on this one. She had a colleague negotiate with the police officer and got the ticket reduced to a standard speeding ticket, got the fine reduced and got an extension on the due date.
Ticket #3 — This is my favorite one. Linda spend over a year and ended up petitioning the court on my behalf to get the court to stop some of their shenanigans. In the end, the DA didn’t have an excuse for the shenanigans and the case was dismissed.

Linda is the best. I got in a mess when visiting San Diego a few months ago. She advised my options and then took care of my affairs there until the best outcomes where reached. She saved me the cost of an expensive plane ticket, the risk of screwing up my court appearance, and the overall headache of a misdemeanor traffic offense on my record. Highly recommend her.

Linda was wonderful. I received 2 speeding tickets within the same month and Linda was able to take care of them with ease. I didn’t have to do a thing. After I paid a small fine there were no points on my record or record of ever receiving those tickets. I would recommend Linda to anybody with a traffic citation.

I ran into some legal trouble in Orange County, recently, that could have lead to possible jail time.

Linda assisted me with a moving violation in Los Alamitos (camera) a couple years ago. I recommend Linda Iannelli to anyone looking for good, hard working assistance on moving violations. I had an issue with a pretty bad ticket and Linda was very helpful over our phone conversations and then on trial day in the courtroom. She was very professional, knowledgeable of traffic laws, loopholes, and ways to show exhibits to the officer/​court so as to work out reduced violations in good faith. In the event the officer doesn’t not show up (and it gets dismissed), Linda is a great ally to have on your side and their service provided what I had hoped for, which was a lesser offense with no point (insurance purposes) when traffic school wasn’t an option as I was double the speed limit (60 in a 30) — yes it was a mistake, but it was also not properly posted and Linda did a great job pointing out that it was an obvious speed trap. Knowing Iannelli & Associates are on your side is definitely a good thing!

Got a red light camera ticket in Santa Ana (Pullman & Dyer) and did some checking and found Linda on Avvo website. Sent her the relevant information and she called me back a couple of days later. We finally talked today and WOW, is she a wealth of information!!! She went into detail about how she would fight my ticket but with a clear picture of me as the driver, combined with the video, she advised that she would have a tough time with my case. She asked when the last time I went to traffic school which it had been easily over 12 years and she also explained that my insurance company would not raise my rates if I went to traffic school. She was honest enough to advise that traffic school would be a better alternative in my case economically based upon my case. She is an extremely HONEST person and also spent well over 30 minutes talking about my case… on her dime! I am extremely impressed with her integrity and abilities and if I ever need an attorney for traffic violations in the future or to refer any of my friends, she is my 1^st choice! Linda helped me win my traffic citation with the Irvine PD in 2012. When Linda arrived in the courtroom for my case, and the police officer saw that I was represented by Linda, he made a motion to dismiss the case. Quite impressive!
