Healthy building blocks was started by the owner Kelley Miller. She started the buisness in inspiration, to help others as she helped herself. We have had quite the sucess and have helped men and woman lose over 80 pounds +. We provide the knowledge, the accountabilty, and the care to all of our customers. we will not let you fail or give up on what is worth fighting for, and that is yourself. We are a family and our number 1 priority is you. Remember you cant be made to change, you have to want to change. We are here to help you along the way. We provide the Building Blocks to living a healthy lifstyle. Business Owner

Kelley Miller, owner of the buisness Healthy Building Blocks. I have just started this buisness. I decided about 3 years ago, that i wanted to be a huge inspiration to others as I have inspired myself. I Lost 78 pounds. I went through my life being made fun of, called horrible names, always got staired at, and was always known as the heavier sister. I grew up with 3 sisters and they all are tiny and I always stood out. my family would always want me to change, or make comments to make me lose weight, Inever listened because I did not see what they saw. I was comfortable with my weight as i saw no issue. i would go to in an out and order 2 double double with fries and go home hide in my room and eat them. I would do that often. one day, i decided to see the light and face myself, and change, my lifestyle and ways of eating, i did so and i became the woman i am today. So from this i want to be an inspiration to others, and to let you all know, you are not alone. I am here to guide you.
