F Anthony Rich, MS, DDS

Tony is an amazing dentist. My little boy knocked his tooth loose last Sunday. It started to turn brown so I called Tony right away. He explained a couple of things over the phone and told me I could come in an hour to have it checked out. He was so cool and patient with my little boy and put our minds completely at ease. He did everything he needed to but nothing unnecessary, and recommended to me what he would recommend for his own kids. That’s the genuine, professional kind of dentist I want working on me and my kids mouths.

I am about to turn 61 and have been a patient of Dr. Rich for over 30 years. I never really liked my childhood dentist. I was afraid of the pain, because he never actually gave me enough Novacain. I was always gripping the chair handle, worried about how much pain there would be. He would tell me it will just hurt a little. As a kid you don’t know enough to realize who is a good dentist and that there is no need for pain. You just pray your parents aren’t idiots when they pick a dentist, so when I met Dr. Rich through a barter group in the early 80’s, I made the shift and never looked back. I have recommended him year in and year out to people I know who don’t regularly visit a dentist… mostly those people are stubborn and not regular and will have to pay the price for their neglect. Personally, I have gone regularly to Dr. Rich for check-​ups for all these 30 years. I choose to go every 4 months for a cleaning and there have been some crowns and a couple of wisdom teeth that had to go. Years ago when I wanted a little straightening, he recommended and excellent dentist for braces, and again when I needed a root canal he recommended the best specialist! Every service with Dr. Rich has been given with excellence, and I am never in pain. I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Rich. He would say the same thing I do: Take care of your teeth because they are a critical part of overall health and happiness. I’m just a lot bossier than he is. He will share with you the facts for your particular situation, but he won’t push you. The decisions will be yours :)

Dr. Rich is the best! My teeth have never been healthier. And going to the dentist is now a pleasure. I highly recommend him…

Love this guy! I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but when I go to Tony he makes me laugh my butt off. I’m not nervous when I see him and he makes me feel good about my teeth and gums.

Anthony rich is an excellent dentist that cares about your overall health from start to finish. He shows this because he cares about you having healthy teeth that will last your whole lifetime. He is a very caring and loving dentist and is patient. His expertise in is cosmetic dentistry is by far amazing.
Anthony rich is by far an incredible dentist I would recommend to anybody but wants a dentist that cares about the client and not about just making money. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rich is a fantastic dentist. My entire family has been seeing him for years. I had some cavity work done and the numbing shots are so painless. Will see him for as long as I’m able to!

I went to Dr. Rich a few months back to have him take a look at a broken molar I had, during which time he informed me that I would need a root canal to fix it. I was very nervous hearing those words considering I’d never had one and had only heard horror stories about them. He was so kind and explained to me the whole process and had a way of making me feel better and not nervous one bit knowing he would be performing my two part root canal. During the procedure he did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and even keeping me laughing the whole time. I am proud to say that both procedures were virtually painless during and after, even the Novocaine shot! He clearly cares about his patients oral hygiene and comfort and that shows very quickly when you visit him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything from a routine cleaning to more complex dental work, you’ll be happy you chose him!

What I LOVE most about Dr. Rich is that he is soooooo gentle! Our family has been coming here for many years, and are very happy! We are actually relaxed in the dentist chair, due to his knowledge and professionalism.

After going to the same dentist ever since moving to Orange County in 1987, it was finally time for a change. Good move! Dr. Rich is a true professional, takes pride in his work, takes the time to explain what he is doing and exactly how you should be caring for your teeth between visits. My 22 year-​old daughter, who had been going to our old dentist all her life, said after seeing Dr. Rich that this was the first time that she didn’t hate going to the dentist. And don’t let the fact that he has large hands put you off — he has the most gentle touch I have ever experienced!

I can’t recommend Dr. Rich enough. He’s such a kind, honest man. I worked with him in a Networking group a long time ago. Neither of us are in this group anymore so I for sure don’t have to recommend him but I really just want to because he really is a great dentist. He really loves what he does and it shows. I can honestly say that he would do a great job and be honest and fair with all of his patience.
I really hope someone reading this makes a consultation with him at the very least. When you meet him, you’ll understand why I wrote this review.

Tony Rich is a great dentist. He is gentle in his work. He goes beyond the call of duty by teaching you important new things in regards to your teeth and oral hygiene. I trust and highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Rich for 10 years. He is never in a hurry during your visits, will chat pleasantly with you about your overall health and treatment goals, and is not hesitant to refer you to another doctor should a procedure be out of his wheelhouse (which is rare, but certain procedures like wisdom teeth removal may require another specialist).
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rich as a primary care dentist.

Dr. Rich (Tony) is the top of the «Food Chain» when it comes to Dentistry, period.
I first met Tony through Business Networking Many years ago and due to his personality, I gave him a try when I needed a crown. Tony was so concerned about if I felt any pain during the proceedure. I was impressed. I hate PAIN! Tony become my Dentist from that moment on. I made my Mother go get a second opinion from Tony before another Dentist performed some pretty massive work on her mouth. Tony called me and warned me that this other guy wanted to do tens of thousands of dollars in major reconstruction in mom’s mouth. He was pretty mad that a fellow Dentist would ever propose such an idea to an 82 year old woman! She was ill and died that same year. Like I said, Tony is the best!
Dr. Rich is now the Dentist for My entire family and some friends.

Dr. Rich is an artist not just a great dentist. I’m the worst patient when it comes to dentists. I’ve had too many bad experiences with pain. But Dr. Rich does a great job. No pain and everything he does works great. I highly recommend him.
