Dr. Nikolaidis has been my psychologist for the past two years. His work with me has been a true life changer. If you truly want help and want to make progress in your life then you are at the right place.
In the years I have been working with Dr. Nikolaidis, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Dr. Nikolaidis has changed my life. He can change your life too. Here is my personal timeline.
The first step of course is to realize that you need some help. For me I had issues with anger. When I first met with Dr. Nikolaidis, he made me feel very comfortable. Our first few conversations did not deal directly with my issue… Or so I thought.
After just a few sessions Dr. Nikolaidis started sharing his conceptualization of the events in my life I was struggling with. Dr. Nikolaidis has a way of explaining WHY.
Once we were able to focus on the why, Dr. Nikolaidis then started to teach me Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I was at first hesitant. Once I started using it though I came to realize how well it was working.
Each session I practiced with Dr. Nikolaidis how to approach different situations and how to view them. All of a sudden every single day I noticed I was less angry. Then I was even less angry. Then it got to the point to where something that normally would make me go ballistic, I was able to rationally break it down and conceptualize myself.
Dr. Nikolaidis has changed my life for the the better. This is truly the man you want to see if you want a true change.

Dr. Nikolaidis is a true medical professional. I am a highly intense and passionate CEO and president of a private real estate investment holdings company, and dedicated Mom to a loving teenager. I realized that my lack of sleep was caused my anxiety and I sought help to relieve the tension and learn coping strategies.
I found Dr. Nikolaidis’ approach to be practical, easy going and in discussions he relates personal experiences which only serve to build on the therapy. Dr. Nikolaidis is young looking, approachable and energetic. My anxiety is getting better, and the «ideas» he has offered have kept me in a «holistic» state as opposed to «medicated». I feel more whole and I am looking forward to our discussions. I have more to offer my family, loved ones, clients and colleagues as an educated, stable and level minded individual introspective enough to understand that it’s ok to always strive to be better that to be «great» one must embrace practical approaches to mental health which aide anxiety, sleep and overall quality of life. I have attended approximately 8 visits and will continue going. Hope others find the same or better experience (s).
