This is a beautiful, fun, and affordable fitness studio. The instructors are very energetic and good at what they do. It’s easy to sign up for a class online and even purchase it online. They offer your first time in for free and they have water bottles, protein bars, and towels for the clients. I just bought my membership and I’m so glad I found them. They r located in the balboa peninsula right by the pier so it makes it super convenient for me to ride my bike or even walk to class!
