Business Owner

George S. Burns admitted to California bar, 1986. University of Southern California (B.A., magna cum laude, 1982); Loyola Law School (J.D., 1986).

Mr. Burns has successfully tried hundreds of jury and non-​jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. He frequently litigates real estate, environmental, insurance, employment, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, partnership and corporate disputes. Mr. Burns frequently authors articles for the legal community, and has taught courses in business law and contracts in the post-​graduate studies program at the University of California, Irvine.
