Chef/​Owner Chantal Berton originally from the village of Crillon in Provence, believes in sharing the elegance of Provencal cuisine with her customers. Once inside it’s as if you’ve been whisked away to a French village. Soft lights, warm wood and traditional Provencal décor all add to the ambience of this quaint Newport Beach bistro. With signature dishes such as Wild Game — Venison; as well as traditional Coq au Vin, Cassoulet, Rack of Lamb, a selection of fresh fish — Chilean Sea-​Bass along with many Seafood and Pastas dishes, there is something here for everyone — not forgetting the Cheeses Cart, the magnificent Chocolate Soufflé and the Tarte Tatin.
