Between the Sheets

Absolutely beautiful things beautiful store but definitely overpriced. I saw some of the same items and a store in Beverly Hills for much less. High Mark up here, They treat you wonderfully when you’re buying things the minute there’s a problem they don’t respond, and don’t get back to you when you call they have a poor attitude and they argue with you. Horrible customer service and return policy and they lie, I was told I got all brand-​new pillows found one that wasn’t and they said it was too late to bring it back. We purchased a tree with lights that was delivered damaged and they said they would have to send complaint to the manufacture, they don’t even back their own products. then they pretty much accused us of the damage that happened obviously during shipping! And the manager had the gall to actually yell and argue with me over the phone. We spent over 20,000 you think they would want to a the very least do the right thing, and if nothing else be kind and sympathetic! Not argue and yell! Save yourself stay away and go to Beverly Hills!
Grande Maison!!! It will be worth the drive the they have similar products, no huge markups and exceptional customer service!!!

Horrible return policy!!! You pay 1,200−1,500 $ for sheets you cannot return not exchange. I bought my $ 1,200 sheets from this store 6 months ago. I noticed about month two that the sheets had strange «runs» on them. Like the material was bad. There were small frayed areas in both sheets (the top sheet and fitted sheet). I wish I would’ve taken them back than. So months later my housekeeper brought it to my attention so I than decided to take the sheets in for exchange and show them I had received a «bad» run of material possibly. I had bought sheets from there San Diego store and they lasted years. When I took them in the manager said she would send them to the owner. Well, about 6 weeks later! The manager calls me and says her tailor (ok) looked at them carefully and its owner error. She said we wore jewelry or dogs made the sheets run in hundreds of areas on the sheets. I told them we do not wear jewelry to bed nor have dogs on our bed. The manager basically told me that it’s human error and not the error in manufacturing. Another words… sorry I so t believe you and your stuck with 1,200 $ sheets with runs in them. I would think they would respect their customers who pay so much money for their sheets and they would value our opinion or at least try to make it right. They have now lost a customer I will never return there again. So remember when you buy sheets from them there is no return policy.

The epitome of elegance, sophistication and chic… this high end store has it all. Unique and tasteful, every piece in here is beautifully laid out and well appointed. The owner has exquisite taste and stands out among ANY store in Newport Beach. Accessories are not like any I have ever seen and I am proud to have some in my home that are like pieces of art. Bedding, pillows, candles, décor items, furniture, amazing lamps, soaps, oh my! just too much to describe. The store is a feast for the eyes and I never am amazed at the quality. My love of this store has much to do with the incredible items and selection but with Greg and the many ladies I have had the pleasure to meet and speak with. I have always felt welcomed and well taken care of even when I purchase a few bars of soap. Love, love this fabulous store!

I was grabbing a coffee when I noticed this store. Thought I’d drop in to check it out. Wow! Between the Sheets is the most beautiful store I’ve ever walked into! Everything is so plush, classy and just absolutely gorgeous. I wish I had endless money to decorate my entire house with items from the store. The staff was very informative and friendly. The manager, Greg, was especially nice. He was very personable and took the time to show me around the store. I was just browsing at the time and didn’t end up buying anything, but I will be back! Definitely check this place out! It is so worth your time!

Let’s me say I am a young man and just left with my brother. I am a published author and I was carrying a $ 3,400 chanel backpack. Tell me why the were not assisting us and by the end of the visit the man assumed we stole soap lol very rude he assumed because we were two young guys we had no money… Shame! Never judge a book by it’s cover don’t go here if you want to be treated badly on your appearance.
