I’m amazed. I was looking for a new pair of running shoes and I had an idea of what I wanted. However, I ran into this store accidentally and they totally blew my mind away.
The staff did a foot analysis on me and they recommended a structured shoe. I tried one the shoe and it was like magic. I ended up buying a kayano 21 and a pair of socks.
I’ll be back soon. Thank you Asics.

Been curious about trying out different sneaker brands since I typically use either Nike or New Balance but had heard good things about Asics, I’ve been wanting to check them out. Twice I’ve gone into the store, mind you I’m wearing fitness apparel since I’ve just worked out. And I’m always ignored. No offer of help, acknowledgment or wait let me finish with this customer and I can help you afterwards. Was hoping to try out their run analysis to compare to Nike’s to see what Asics recommend and I was standing there awkwardly for quite awhile, trying to get an employees assistance. Nope never came, so I gave up and left since I rather spend my money at a place that has better customer service. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store.

Drove out of my way to go to an Asics store because I figured they would have the most in stock.
It was a Saturday night at Fashion Island and they only had two people working. One was busy with a customer and the other employee was using the company phone on a personal call. The male helping out the other customer notified his co-​worker on the phone to help me out after 5 minutes of standing with the shoe I wanted in hand.
She mentioned to her friend that she would call back in a moment on her cell phone. She asked me what size I wanted, walked in the back for 15 seconds and said they didn’t have it in stock. She said sorry and walked away, didn’t offer to check other stores, recommend a similar shoe, NOTHING to keep me in the store. I still have a suspicion that she just wanted to get back to her personal call and never looked to see if they had the shoe.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning to store ever.

Exceptional service! I stopped in here a few months back and the guy that helped me was so terrific. I was not ready to buy but he never wavered from a great smile and super helpful attitude. I came her yesterday as I was ready for a new pair of ASICs. I have been starting to do some running along with walking and my other ASICs were many years old. My poor old feet need some new good strong support. I spent some time in here with Lauren and she was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and never made me feel rushed. They started getting busy but not once did I feel I lost her attention. No sales pressure. They have a treadmill that allows you to test the shoes so you can sense your pressure points and make a good decision. Bought a good pair of shoes, loved the selection and Lauren was the best! 5 star service.

My friend had bought me tennis shoes for my Birthday in my normal size. I wore them a few time’s but they were really to big and I was getting hot spots. I went in on Sunday and a nice young man named Alex helped me. We tryed good socks but they still seen to large. I tried on the 8’s and they seemed much better. He then went to the manager and got a o.k. to exchange them for me at no charge. What great service and they have me as a loyal customer. Thank you, Diana H.

Very nice store. Bought a pair of Kayano 21 and a sleeveless top. I like the brand, been doing long runs with kayano 20s for a while and the 21s are very comfy and stylish for every day use. The top I got is the best I’ve ever worn, even compared to some other brands’ high end products. The rep who helped me there was very knowledgeable. Recommend this for serious runners or people looking for casual quality kicks!

Just took out my new pair of Asics Gel-​Cumulus 16. Such a wonderful shoe at a fair price!
Yesterday’s experience was exactly what I was looking for. Daniel was a genuine person, knowledgeable, and an overall good guy. Whatever the Asics is paying him, it should be doubled. He invested an hour with me looking at my stride, walked me through a 3-​D scan of my foot, and provided a tailored suggestion that was honest and helpful. I’ll proudly share my great experience with anyone willing to listen. My total purchase was around $ 140, but I guarantee this level of customer service will breed many loyal customers and sales throughout the years.
I’ll be running back to this store once I need my next pair of running shoes!
