Best doctor ever!!. My procedure went very smoothly, less downtime than expected and I did not even need my pain medication after the day of surgery. 6 months after my surgery the scar was completely gone.

After extensive research, my daughter and I chose Dr. Sajjadian for her nose job and chin implant. We are absolutely thrilled with the whole experience with Dr. and his entire staff. The office staff are amazingly kind and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Dr. Sajjadian takes his time to be sure any procedures are thoroughly explained and correct for the patient. His follow up appointments are thorough and very detail oriented.
I never thought I would have any plastic surgery but I was so happy that I went myself for a tummy tuck and lipo and am thrilled! I highly recommend Dr. Sajjadian for any procedures or just some touch ups for a more youthful appearance.

Dr Sajjadian is an artist. He is very professional and friendly. His staff is just as amazing, til this day they have followed up with me. I only regret not coming to his office sooner! My procedure was an ethnic rhinoplasty. I mention Ethnic rhinoplasty because I am Persian, originating from Iran — the country with most rhinoplasties in the world. Therefore, Persian women are keen to seek out well respected and knowledgeable doctors in this field. Dr. Sajjadian is a well known doctor in the Persian community — especially for his aptitude in ethnic rhinoplasties. Any Persian woman whom I asked would mention Dr. Sajjadian to me. Rarely do you find a triple Board-​certified doctor, who is an ENT and plastic surgeon and therefore can not only deliver artistic results — and boy you should see his natural results! — but also address the functional problems of breathing etc. It is without hesitation that I recommend Dr. Sajjadian as a specialist — if not THE specialist — in ethnic rhinoplasty. His results are truly artistic. Not only can I breathe and sleep better, the number of compliments about the natural beauty of my surgery results have been numerous. I went to Dr. Sajjadian after losing over 150 pounds. I was not yet at my ‘goal’ weight so I was nervous about getting surgery but had so much loose skin that it was really necessary for me to be happy with what I had lost and gain a normal exercise routine etc. I had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair.
I am normally a shy person and when I did went there I was very shy but they were very patient with me and even with the ugly loose skin I never felt pushed or uncomfortable from the moment I got there.
I didn’t have many questions in the beginning, just followed every rule Dr. Sajjadian laid down. I had the surgery late December and I can’t believe the difference. I actually like looking at my self in the mirror, mostly at how flat my tummy is. I still have thighs and a big butt but not everyone in LA is a size 00 and that is fine with me.
I had some slow healing and had to go back to work at 3 weeks since my bills do not pay themselves and again Dr. Sajjadian and his team were very supportive and very helpful. This is when I had a ton of questions and each one was answered and with support, meaning I didn’t feel like I was annoying anyone with questions. And even with the slower than usual healing for me, the scars now are getting thinner and lighter every day and my last drain came out only about a month ago.
As for the office staff, Liz was my consultant or usual contact and she was so friendly and really great. People addressed me by name and made me feel really welcome, not something always seen in the LA and surrounding areas.
This process has not been cheap. But if you want to have this surgery you want only the best and as they say you get what you pay for. And Dr. Sajjadian will work with you some but I would change nothing. I would rather pay a little more and get the amazing results I have now than a little less and not get the professional care and results that I got. I can even lose more weight and get to my goal weight without ruining these results.
He has earned my loyalty and any future cosmetic surgeries for me and I have one or two more I want in the future and feel completely safe in both procedure and results with Dr. Sajjadian. Even my mom was won over, and she was against the surgery at first due to watching too many Botched episodes.

Because I live in the epicenter of West Coast plastic surgery, I certainly had a myriad of options available to me. However, I found out about Dr. Sajjadian through extensive research and I am here to state that I was so glad I decided to choose him as my surgeon.
First and foremost, he’s not the kind of surgeon whose auditioning for a reality show. You’re not going to find him at a hotel bar drinking one too many. He is a guy who is serious about his craft. As background information, I have been to countless parties in the «Hills» of LA and have met the supposed best and brightest in the Plastic Surgery World. Let’s just say the amount of alcohol consumption by some of these surgeons was a little concerning. I was looking for something different.
Personally, there are those of us out there who are young working professionals who want a doctor who is stable, serious, and can instill confidence… especially when comes to aesthetic issues. I will admit that sometimes my neurotic nature combined with my ego make me a difficult patient. However, Dr. Sajjadian listened, advised and set my nerves at ease. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and most of all he DELIVERED RESULTS!
Simply put… he’s an artist. A discerning eye for subtleties and a bed side manner that will make even the most difficult patients (such as me) comfortable with the process from beginning to end. My tip rhinoplasty was a success both physically and emotionally. (BTW The front office staff Liz and Marsiella were amazing. First contact is usually with staff and their professionalism and positivity made all the difference).
In my humble opinion, if you’re driving to Beverly Hills to meet with a surgeoun… turn around… you’re headed in the wrong direction. Newport Beach. Dr. Sajjadian. Should be your destination.

I had rhinoplasty/​septoplasty surgery with Dr. Sajjadian this past December. I was initially scheduled to have the surgery with another doctor closer to where I lived. However, upon observing my breathing, he referred me to Dr. Sajjadian, as he is not only a great cosmetic surgeon, but also a board certified ENT. So in one surgery, I was able to fix the breathing (which was bad) and the cosmetic imperfections that I was unhappy about. My prior doctor highly recommended Dr. Sajjadian and even went so far as to say that he would trust Dr. Sajjadian with his own wife and kids.
I was working with limited time constraints and needed to have my surgery just two weeks after I got the referral by my previous doctor. Dr. Sajjadian and his amazing staff not only scheduled my consultation that same day as the referral (he stayed past his normal working hours to see me), but managed to schedule my surgery in the exact timeframe that I needed (which was two weeks after the consult). He was very honest with his opinions and took time to listen to and understand my concerns.
Now for the actual surgery. Dr. Sajjadian took his time and spent nearly 4 hours in the OR to ensure he did a good job. I am now about three months post-​op, and the results turned out great. Further, my breathing has improved greatly. The result looks very natural. I did not tell anyone outside my immediate family about the procedure beforehand, and no one (not even very close friends) noticed that I had surgery. Dr. Sajjadian was able to fix the things I was unhappy about without making my nose look fake or unnatural.
This is a surgery I have been looking forward to for the longest time and I am very glad that it was performed by Dr. Sajjadian. Liz and his entire staff were great and very accommodating through the whole process. Rhinoplasty is a surgery that needs to be done right form the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Sajjadian.

Dr. Sajjadian is one of the best plastic surgeons out there. I had a rhinoplasty done by him over a year ago and I love my new nose! It looks so natural and beautiful! I am so happy I chose him to do my nose. Everyone tells me how good it looks. The best part is how natural it looks. I look at other noses and I can tell that they have had it done. I have waited 6 months to post this review. I am very happy with my results and truly believe it is due to this highly skilled surgeon. Dr. Sajjadian is Triple Board Certified. He has a wonderful bedside manner and addresses all concerns with a smile. I chose him even though I consulted with other very qualified Drs. Partly based on his Before and After photos. They looked too good to be true! He explained why and how he was able to attain these Great results. His explanation of how he treats the tissue involved in the surgery and how he sculpts the body let me know he was the surgeon for me. I have not been disappointed and truly believe he is the best! I had wanted a neck list for a long time after a lot of research I am so over whelmed with dr Sajjadian procedure, I am beyond happy he is so pleasant and has a great personality and so do the ladies in his office, I would highly recommend going to him he is the best!!!

I loved Dr Sajjadian! He’s an artist when it comes to rhinoplastyś! It did take me about a year for me to see the final results but that’s normal. He was warm and kind. I also adored the women in his office! They were always very friendly. The office is very clean and high end. I’ve heard of people saying it’s very painful to have their nose done and yes I have a high pain tolerance but I didn’t even take anything except Tylenol 3 for the pain. He has a magic touch! Blessed that I found him! Nose, mouth, and throat is his main specialty. He’s also the only Dr I’ve seen in Orange County who is TRIPLE board certified! Thank you again Dr Sajjadian

For the most part, I am a person who is very honest and comfortable with who he is both physically and mentally. However, ever since I was about 12 years old, I have always disliked my nose. As many people know, the nose majorly affects the image the entire face gives off. It is an extremely important aspect of one’s facial profile.
For me, it’s very easy to see beauty in other people, but I am always hard on myself. When I look at another person, I immediately think of their good qualities, whatever they may be. However, when I look at myself, I can only nitpick and think of improvement. Due to this trait, I loathed my nose for eight years all through my adolescence; I felt undesirable.
Because of my nose and my self confidence issues, I always hated having pictures taken of me, i tried my best to avoid being looked at from a side-​profile, and I kept with hair styles that would help reduce the aesthetics of my nose which i deemed negative. I would go as far as to stray from facial expressions that i thought made my nose look worse. When someone would comment on how big my nose was, I always felt a sinking feeling which turned into frustration at my own appearance. To make things worse, I suffered from a deviated septum, which impaired my breathing through my left nasal passage.
When I was about 14 years old, I discovered Rhinoplasty, and felt relieved that there was a way to improve the aesthetics of my nose. For me, Rhinoplasty was not a «quick plastic surgery decision decided on a whim by a 20 year old.» It was a decision I thought about for eight years. I am an individual who knows what he wants and doesn’t want. I don’t regret anything I’ve done in my life, and I always think before I act.
About two months ago, I decided it was time to act. I researched about 40 different doctors and narrowed that list down to two or three, and Dr. Sajjadian was one of those doctors.
Dr. Sajjadian is a triple board certified ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) plastic surgeon who devotes a large portion of his business to Rhinoplasty. Dr. Sajjadian is an extremely well-​known plastic surgeon who has qualifications everywhere the eye can see.
Rhinoplasty is as much of an art as it is a science. That being said, I found that I liked the style and contour of Dr. Sajjadian’s noses the most. I felt that he could achieve the results i wanted while retaining the masculine aesthetic of my nose. As such, he was my first consultation choice.
Naturally, before you meet the doctor, you meet the receptionist staff. Dr. Sajjadians receptionist staff are all extremely capable, knowledgeable, well-​mannered, and professional individuals who do a great job with their customers. I felt relieved simply by talking to the staff, and it made me excited to go in and meet Dr. Sajjadian for the first time.
When I met Dr. Sajjadian for the first time, I felt that he was an individual who strove for perfection. I could tell of this man’s experience by just looking at his eyes and at how he handled my nose when he was looking at what he was dealing with. Immediately, I felt comfortable with Dr. Sajjadian. My consultation was rather brief, but it was not rushed. He told me that I already have a great nose, but, if i wanted, he could make it better. He assured me that my nose is not a particularly tough job, and my expectations were realistic, which was good to hear, because I knew that as well. He fully understood what I desired out of my nose, and he honestly told me that he could achieve it and I would be satisfied with the result.
Before I went into the consultation, over half of the questions i planned to ask were already answered by the staff, website, and other sources. However, the few I had asked recieved answers which made me feel more than comfortable.
I planned on consultations with two more doctors, but after meeting Dr. Sajjadian in person, i felt there was no need. The day after the consultation, we scheduled the post-​op and surgery date. Luckily and thankfully, they managed to squeeze me in on very short notice.
Dr. Sajjadian and the surgery center’s bedside manner was great. The nurses and Anesthesiologist talked me through everything, and it helped keep my nerves to a minimum.
Overall, I never really felt nervous. I knew well of the risks, but there’s a risk whenever you do something. Every time you drive to work, you take a risk. I think if you are too scared to take risks, you never get the chance to enjoy life at it’s fullest. The best we can do is make sure we are in the best hands possible, and I knew I achieved that already.
I am now three weeks post-​op, and I am the happiest, most confident, I have ever been in my entire life. Dr. Sajjadian, the surgery center, and his the doctor’s staff helped me in one of the best decisions of my life. If I had to do this all over, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Dr. Sajjadian is great! I have been going to him for Botox for a few years now. I was referred to him through a friend of mine who used to work for him. She always looked amazing, so I decided to give him a try. I was scared at first to get Botox because I heard many horror stories. (Eyebrows drooping, etc.) I didn’t want to look fake. He is always very gentle and I never have had bad results. There are no side effects. I choose to go often, every ten weeks and I get the minimum amount, 20 units. It’s looks very natural and all my wrinkles are gone around my eyes and forehead. I am hooked! I really wish I would have started to go to him a few years earlier to prevent wrinkles.
I have referred many friends to him. They all love him. Two of my friends have had a fat transfer from him. Where lipo is done on parts of your body and transferred into your bottom. It looks and feels amazing and natural! He is also great with breast augmentations.
The staff is very friendly and beautiful. The office is nicely decorated and clean. I highly recommend him.
