Kartik is the best, no doubt. I completed the internet classes at home and purchased the Crash Course package, the package is well worth the money, Kartik explains everything so well, it was very easy to understand. I learned from his examples what terms actually meant, instead of trying to memorize this info., I was actually able to clearly understand the bigger picture. Many of the questions on my real exam were very, very similar to what ADHI has on their mock exam. There was very little math (maybe a couple of questions, but there seemed to be quite a bit of questions regarding title (joint, community, abstract, trustors, etc.), there also seemed to be quite a few on disclosures and law. studying the Crash Course content, testing from the training mode exams and the mock trial exams gave me the courage and confident needed to pass my exam on the first try. I was also one of the first people to complete the exam (in a room of about 90 or so examinees). The room was dark, but the computer screen was well lit, the questions were easy to read (large print). The room was cool, not cold. The proctors were very strict, even checking elbows. This school is very resourceful. Kartik is great! I passed my exam last year. Now I have both my brothers signed up Bc of my amazing experience w/​adhi. Highly recommend to anybody trying to get into real estate!

ADHI Schools were the absolute best at supplying me with the tools to study and prepare for the state exam. All the instructors understand real estate and how to teach it. I’m beyond thrilled to have passed the first time around and to recommend ADHI Schools to anyone starting a career in real estate.

I am reviewing the ADHI online program. I signed up through Groupon. I was given a password to access my account whenever I wanted since it was online. After a while I had forgotten about the course until I stumbled upon my receipt from Groupon. I tried to log In to my account to take the course but it was no longer available to me. When I contacted them I was told that I would have to pay another $ 150 for the same online course. I never received notification that they cut you off after two years. Had I known that I would have finished the course. Nothing was ever disclosed to me that I needed to finish within that timeframe. That’s $ 160 down the drain for an online course that takes nothing away from the company to extend the course deadline. This is really wrong that the information is not disclosed up front. I would not recommend such a dishonest company.

Got my real estate license after attending the weekly classes out of the Irvine location. Kartik was the best!

ADHI school was the best choice I could have made in the journey to getting my real estate sales license. I took it all online. Kartik (the owner) is a very entertaining teacher who adds in real life examples of the teaching material. I couldn’t have gotten my license by reading textbooks. ADHI has online classes with videos taught by Kartik or each chapter of each course. This school will prep you well for the state exam. I went into the exam confident after attending a weekend crash course also taught by Kartik (and his other teacher JP who is great too) and taking the practice exams on ADHI’s crash course online app. I was the 4^th or 5^th person out of the exam room and most of the questions on the exams were just like what was taught in the courses and practice exams. The practice tests tell you the right and wrong answer after answering each question and there is a 1 – 3 minute video explanation by Kartik as to why it’s the correct answer. The mock tests even tell you what sections of the exam (ie– appraisal, practice of real estate, laws of agency, etc) you’re scoring lower in so you know what to work on.
As for the three online courses, the exams are open book and require a 60% to pass. I only watched the videos and never cracked the textbook once and passed just fine. I recommend writing notes as he speaks however.
I can’t recommend ADHI and crash course online enough. Well worth the money, incredible teachers who prep you perfectly for your real estate exam and a overall great experience.

I signed up with ADHI schools and honestly had fun and felt extremely prepared for the state exam. Kartik is truly on point with the information he provides, as well as making the classes fun with his style of teaching. I never felt overwhelmed and when I sat down to take the state exam I was so pleased with how prepared I felt. I passed on the first attempt.

First and foremost, I can honestly say Kartik is the best teacher I have ever had.
I was searching Unilocal,google and stumbled upon Adhi schools on Groupon. I signed up for the classroom lessons, online access and crash course package. Well worth it to also pay the extra money for the crash course and its’ online portal. There is no way I could have passed the test without it.
I attended the classes every Thursday at the San Diego location where Kartik is the main teacher. I had zero knowledge of real estate starting out. And by the end of weekly classes, practice and law crash classes and the test crash course I felt completely confident in taking the real estate test. Kartik really did an amazing job with relating real estate scenarios with real life situations. His teaching method is straight to the point and teaches his students what they really need to know. No fluff and no sugar coating.
After the crash course I studied for an additional 2 weeks and took 5, 3 hour practices tests before taking the state exam. The exam took me about 1.5 hours and I passed first time around.
Adhi was a great school and provided me with exactly what I needed to get my certifications, learn the material and become an agent!

My daughter and I signed up together with ADHI Schools and both passed the state exam on the first try with no problem. I believe this was due largely to the quality of the school and the main instructor, Kartik, himself. My daughter and I commented frequently during the lessons that Kartik was as good of a teacher as we had ever had at any level!

WOW! I feel so lucky to have found ADHI school on Unilocal!Thank you Unilocal! I live in Northern California so I was not able to take the 2 month principles course however I did order the crash course online.
I learned more during the crash course then I did during the two month principles course with another company.
I ordered the 2^nd crash course package for $ 129. I highly recommend this package.
It has a live weekend course class that Kartik the teacher puts on totaling 9 hours or more of class time, and a separate study section with multiple choice questions and answers. This section is so amazing as it has a live video from Kartik with each question section explaining the right answer as well as going over the wrong answers so you fully understand the concepts. He must have spent hours putting these videos together. Fantastic work!
Kartik is a master at what he does. His explanations, teaching style and understanding for Real Estate is inspiring.
The best part was while taking the State exam, reading the questions and feeling like «oh yeah Kartik went over this»…Kartik almost made the test seem easier then it is because his training was so informative and thorough. I passed on first try!
Also, anytime you call ADHI school, they are so helpful and get back to you right away.

I *had* zero background or knowledge on how the Real Estate industry works when I first enrolled to ADHI Schools. Today, I aced the Real Estate License test in 2 hours!
Preparation = Weekend crash course + Classes + 2 Mock Tests
The classes are fun and engaging! Karthik is a phenomenal teacher with a super human memory!
If you are considering to be a real estate agent, there are plenty of options out there but none that make you stay focused and motivated as ADHI does.
Strongly Recommend all of their coursework.

Review sites are typically for those who bitch and complain because someone had a bad experience — yes, I’ve done that. However, I felt compelled to write a positive review about the experience I had with adhi from the beginning to when I passed my exam on the first shot.
Throughout studying and writing the online tests to get my certificates, the staff at adhi was extremely helpful, pleasant and answered all of the questions I had.
I drove two hours to San Diego to take the 2-​day prep courses and they were fantastic. Kartik was the trainer and his presentation and teaching style was very, very good. He made the classes interactive and the way he presented the materials (i.e. re-​wording questions and enabling the class to fill-​in the blanks) was extremely effective.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to ensure they pass the exam the first time (yes, you still need to put the study hours in) and good luck to all!

I have nothing but good things to say about ADHI schools, I recommend this course to anyone who is interested in getting into Real Estate. Kartik is such an amazing instructor and incredibly knowledgable. His classes are very enjoyable and he has patience to answer any questions or concerns anyone has. I passed the state exam with one try, thanks to the great crash course and mock exams that this course offers. This course left me with a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!

If you’re busy and can not attend the one-​day in person ADHI crash course, I highly recommend instead ordering the online video along with the PDF study guide which enables you to get results needed to pass the state exam. Also, when I had any questions there was always someone available to help resolve them.

I would definitely recommend ADHI schools to anyone who would like to get into a career in Real Estate. The staff is so helpful and Kartik, JP and Franco and so knowledgeable and have a great many years of experience in the real estate field. If you’re serious about getting your Real Estate License, this is the school for you.
I did a lot of research by talking to friends, online research, checking out Youtube videos and Unilocal reviews before I picked a school. I watched a few of Kartik S’s Youtube videos and he sold me on the school. The other videos I watched — they either weren’t edited or the instructors joked around too much while covering the material. I get that, you want to make the material fun but still. Kartik is entertaining in his own way — while still covering the material! I used to teach college level courses so I think I’m a pretty tough customer, having not been in a classroom myself for 25 years.
I loved the flexibility of being able to attend live-​in person classes as well as the online videos that can be accessed any time. But the tipping point for me was that Kartik S. was my ACTUAL instructor. He knows the material so throughly, and has a beautiful speaking voice (as not to make you fall asleep!). He’s patient and answered each question from students with great interest. You can literally go to a different class every day at a different location around Orange County, Los Angeles or its suburbs. I didn’t see that sort of flexibility with other schools in CA.
CLASS /​FREE PARKING. The course is taught in the round, so you could jump in at any chapter and continue attending class until you finished and were ready to take the crash course or practice tests. There are breaks.
THE LIVE CRASH COURSES. The BEST! The school offers them in different locations so that you can plan accordingly since they are back to back days on weekends. Arrive early to get a good seat. I think I went to the course in Alhambra — parking fills up quickly.
ONLINE TOOLS. AMAZING! There are videos for EVERY CHAPTER of the text books that are identical to the live — in person class. You can feel free to watch them as many times as you need to. So you don’t actually have to attend the classroom lecture. The online practice tests are online too.
QUESTIONS. If I ever had any questions about taking the exam or admin stuff, I could call the school and I think it was Sophia who would answer my question or get an answer and call me back. Great customer service!
PLACEMENT. Adhi School will also offer you advice on which firm to join based on where you live or where you want to work. A++
TEXT BOOKS. Weren’t expensive either and they provided them for you at the first class — so you don’t have to pay for expensive shipping!

Best real estate school by far! The instructors are very knowledgeable. They have great options online and in-​person. They have an App both iPad, iPhone to learn on the go. They have various locations in case your out traveling in SoCal. The staff at the offices are very courteous and easy to work with.
The classes try prepare you to pass on the first try (as long as you study and participate). I was so impress with the entire program.

After looking into the different options for real estate schools and seeing such positive reviews for ADHI, I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.
I attended several live classes which were taught by Franco and Kartik, both knowledgeable instructors which made learning both fun and engaging. The material is organized in such a way that it was easy to understand complex concepts and prepared me for the exam every step of the way. After the initial classes, the online crash course was such a help to study the material and I PASSED on the first try!!!
Because of the genuine desire from the instructors to see their students succeed I was able to do just that! A big thank you to Franco and Kartik for everything!
