A Healthy Colon

I’m a mom of young children, and I’ve been diagnosed with several auto-​immune conditions. This is, obviously, of great concern to me as I look at my future. I don’t want to be a debilitated woman, wife, and mother. I need energy to run this race. I have a lot of living to do!
So, I’m on a journey to restore my health and my vitality. Gut and intestinal health are a huge piece of that puzzle for me, as our gut holds 70−80% of our immune system.
I was referred to Laurie by a friend who is an expert in natural healing. She told me Colonics was a must for me, and that Laurie was the very best.
I was a bit uneasy going for the first time, as you can imagine. Laurie was instantly easy to be with, and made me feel very safe and comfortable. Her style is gentle and gradual, so as not to alarm the body, neither physically nor emotionally. She’s naturally empathetic and truly cares about the people she works on. Plus, she’s just fun to be around!
I’ve now been back several times for continued healing, and I actually look forward to my time with Laurie. I know I will leave there feeling amazing, physically, and feeling supported in my journey back to health.

I was hesitant to try colon hydrotherapy again, after a less than desirable experience my first time. I knew it was good for my body though, so I booked an appointment at a new place, with Laurie. I was a little nervous, but from the moment I met Laurie, I was at ease. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I felt like I got so much out of my first session with her, I’ve since booked several others. She is very warm and friendly, and genuinely interested in healing. I also feel like she pays close attention to what my body specifically needs, as opposed to assuming my body is the same as everyone else’s; it’s really hard to find someone like that. I was traveling and friend found Laurie for me. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe during the procedure. It was my first colonic, I was very nervous. I learned so much from Laurie about my system and the healing work of colonics.

This is the fourth center I have been to for treatments and it is by far the best! I haven’t been to any other center since I found Laurie and Audra. They are both incredibly sweet and funny — which is really important because having a good relationship with your therapist helps enrich the experience and allows you to open up more. Feeling safe and at ease when you go to appointments makes a huge difference when you are working to heal your body, both physically and emotionally. The relationships I have built with both Laurie and Audra have allowed me to detox, and let go of a lot of bad energy and emotion I had built up from years past.
Beyond their incredible personalities they have also provided me advice on healing my body outside of their office — something they are not paid to do! I consider myself someone who is very in tune with my body and very health-​conscious and yet they are constantly teaching me things and helping me become a healthier person. They are always on time and work with my schedule (so graciously) as to get me in as soon as possible. I am SO SO thankful that I found them and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to detox, heal or kick start a healthier lifestyle.

This was the BEST colonic that I ever had. This lady really knows what she is doing and is professional and friendly. The place is impecable.
