The Joint ...the Chiropractic Place

If I could give this location 0 star I would. They advertise that they close at 4 on Sunday. I called for directions at 3:40. I explained to Jennifer (?), she refused to give me her last name, that I was in the plaza and just needed to know a landmark. Her only concern was reminding me that they were closing in 10 minutes. I told her I understood that but I again stated I was in the plaza at Barnes and Nobles. She then wanted to know if I was a new patient. I explained that I was already a member. After going back and forth with her, she finally told me they were near Barnes and Nobles. She seemed more concerned with closing on time than with helping me get there on time. I arrived prior to 4:00. As I entered and scanned my card, Jennifer never greeted me. I sat for a few seconds waiting for the chiropractor. She never even acknowledged that I was there. After receiving treatment, which by the way, was excellent, I was on the way out. Jennifer still did not acknowledge me or even say goodbye, nothing. I then asked for her name. She would only give her first name. I’m unsure if that is even correct. She wasn’t wearing a name tag.
This is not the way to treat clients, new or old. If I were not already a member of The Joint, I would never become a member based on my interactions with «Jennifer» and the way she spoke to me on the phone and her complete lack of courtesy once I arrived. I love the franchise and use my membership often and at many locations, including out of state. The staff is usually friendly and they have always greeted me upon arrival.
I recommend you avoid this location.

Nice staff. But forgetful and was told two times I would get emails for exercises for my back. Never received them. I feel rushed and that they do not offer knowledge of how to better your back. Like postures, sleeping or exercise.
