Specialized Pools

Specialized Pool completed our pool remodel this Spring. We replaced the tile and installed a StoneScapes mini pebble surface. I am in the Design Industry and I am very particular. We had a few cosmetic issue’s initially, however Scott Berggren was great to work with, and wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He was one of the more reasonable, in terms of his bid.
I received 8 bids, these prices varied as much as 30% for the same scope of work.
After the pool resurface, we discovered our heater needed to be replaced, he gave us a fair price on that work as well. All seems to be running smoothly. I would expect, that if we have any concerns down the road, he will be around to handle any issue’s that may arise. As a Design Trade Professional I believe that is a very important part of this process when you hire any Trade professional.
I would refer Scott without hesitation, he is very honest and knowledgeable.

I had Specialized Pools replaster, retile, repair and replace my filter system, and installed a new heater. The thing I like about this company and its owner is they live up to their word. There were a few quality issues that happened that were quickly and timely addressed. Not flawless execution upfront, but definitely there to make sure things were taken care of. Scott is an honest business and family man and I’d recommend him for future projects. He is well priced and cares about the job he will do for you.

Over a year ago I commissioned Scott Berggren to provide me with a second opinion & estimate on a malfunctioning pool/​spa heater & other repairs. I am glad I sought his opinion, advice & services. I was happy to pay for a service call vs. the cost of a new heater (that others recommended). A year later, when it was determined that it was time to repair & remodel the pool/​spa, Specialized Pool was selected over eight (8) other contractors. Scott offered no «hard sell» (you must sign today…) & his pricing was fair (and almost the cheapest).

They showed up every day and in craftsmen tradition created a resort environment for our backyard, while meeting all contractual obligations (including the completion date).
