BEST SERVICE AND MOST GENUINE OWNER IN THE BUSINESS!!!
Andy and his staff are truly the best at what they do. I have been a loyal and beyond pleased customer for over 5 years now and every time i pay a visit to Andy’s shops (He just opened a new one down the street!) I always leave giving him a huge hug because of how awesome everything about the visit was. Time efficient, honest, helpful, and all around amazing.
He and his men truly go above the call of duty and its an pleasure to a customer.

I’ve gone here a handful of times and they’ve always been super nice. The past time I paid about $ 600 for them to fix my brakes, etc. they sounded even worse than before… they tried to redo it instead of refunding me but 3 times later they still sound worse than when I brought my car in! They’ve had to keep my car so I was carless for a total of 3 days, just for brakes?
Don’t get me wrong, I know things happen and they were very nice about it, as was I… but 3 times to fix brakes and they still aren’t fixed? I don’t recommend you take your car here for brakes.

I heard about this place from my brother and ever since, Andy Chris and Efrain have been my life savers when im in need! They have always taken great care of not only myself, but of course my brother. I recently found out my mom used to go here also when she was able to drive. Not only do they have great prices, they will also work with you if money is a bit tight, and customer service is key here. this place never fails or disappoints me!

This place has always helped me out in a pinch. Today was the same. I stopped in to have some new tires and rims installed and they got to work on my car instantly and finished quickly. I have been here several times and they are always helpful.

I called earlier in the day and was given no bs about other-«better» tires my truck needs. I gave them the kind of tires I wanted and was told they’d have them by a certain hour in the afternoon. I arrived on time and immediately was helped by the owner. I wasn’t able to find parking in their lot, which was not a problem for them. They seemed busy, so I was expecting to wait longer than the hour they had told me I’d wait when I called, but I was mistaken. Right on the hour mark they were done. I asked them if they believed that my truck needed to be aligned, and they were very honest and told me no, something that other shops had told me I would definitely need with new tires. This shop definitely has my business and I’ll be passing the great and honest experience I had here to others.

I replaced my tires last week here. And yesterday my tire sensors were going off. I took it to the dealer who said I had a nail in my tire and they were unable to repair it so I would have to buy a new one. Well I took it to My Tires for them to look at it and they told me they could patch it. Once they started working on it they realized that the nail didn’t go all the way through. It didn’t even need a patch. I highly recommend this place very honest and they know what they are doing! Big thanks to them!

I was traveling home from Sacramento to San Diego and we got a flat on the way. We put the spare on and had to find the closest tire shop which happened to be this one. I looked up their business hours and they were one of a few open on a Sunday when we pulled up to the store, we seen somebody in the store so we went and spoke with him. We told him our situation and asked if we can get it fixed but I guess they weren’t open but somebody happened to be in he store. We asked if there’s any way he can help since he’s already there and he tells us NO. I understand he’s not obligated to accept our business but if you’re business says you’re open on Sunday’s then open on Sunday’s don’t say one thing and do another.

These guys are the best I’ve found possibly ever. Usually I leave an auto shop feeling like I got taken. When I leave My Tire I feel like they helped me the best they could for the best possible price. I highly recommend these guys for any of your tire needs! Especially patches and new tires!

Shopped around with 6 different tire shops for a set of 4 brand new tires. Everyone wanted to charge me well above my budget. Claiming that it is a very good deal that they offering for the 4th of July weekend. I finally called My Tire Store and spoke with Efrin. Not only he was professional and courteous on the phone, but he also gave me multiple options of what I can get. He did not give me the highest price right off the bat. He offered me a 35K set then he looked around and found a 45K instead and offered it to me for the same price. I showed up today and got them installed in 38 minutes flat. They were super busy but with an appointment they took me in changed the tires and out the door I went. They made a lifetime customer out of me. Thanks Efrin and team.

I now see why someone’s review indicated that there is no reason to go anywhere else. I research stuff a lot! It’s what I do. Andy’s prices can simply not be beat, at least here in the Santa Clarita Valley. He’ll get you any kind of tires, whether street or performance. He uses Centric brake pads, like most other shops, but will actually let you provide your own and charge you reasonably for the labor.
I’ve lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for 30 years, most recently within 5 blocks of My Tire Store. I had never thought of coming here. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Don’t expect fancy waiting rooms with flat panel TV’s. He doesn’t have the overhead of other shops, and that’s the difference.
There are some fine automotive shops in the SCV. But if you primarily only need Tires, Brakes, and Alignment (I believe), and price is a concern, please consider this shop.

I’ve been coming here since 2004 for tires. Andy, Chris, and the rest of the guys are good dudes. They’re easy to deal with, friendly and honest. When I moved to Valencia and started looking for new tires, top priority was price. I found My Tire Store to have the best prices in town. I gave them a shot and the rest was history. I also come here for mechanical work like replacing and installing parts — brakes, suspension, etc. Whenever I need parts installed, I call them first to see if they can do it. They do get pretty busy. It’s always advisable to call first. It’s my go-​to place! (PS I don’t think they do engine work; alignment — yes!)

Had a nail on the shoulder of my tire… American tire Co and tire depot both told me it can’t be repaired And wanted to charge me for another tire… My Tire Store looked at it and said IT IS repairable which it was and fixed it… Honest guy Andy… Good people and cars fixed without having to buy a new tire… Thx again Andy
