Working with this company has been the worst retail experience I have had in my entire life. Deadlines were not adhered to, work was brought back totally disorganized and did not incorporate my direction. It was as if they were not listening to me at all when I gave direction for 4 sites to be built. They don’t backup their sites (the only company I have found that does not back up their sites) and they charge a fortune for what incomplete work they do. They quoted me $ 320 for a job that I had done by another company for $ 50. They treat their clientele with complete and total disrespect and unprofessional behavior that is absolutely staggering — hostile outbursts from them on more than one occasion (!). Oh, and don’t let me forget: they offered me guarantees IN WRITING that they did not honor. There is no way to give zero stars but if there were, I would give zero stars to this miserable, low skilled, remedial talent operation.
Edit to update: I have email trails from Fresh Element to share with anyone who is considering this company. Its all there in black and white to support every claim that I have made above. As for God, yes, Clem and Roger, God does reveal the truth. I can be more specific but I am choosing not do so. I look forward to reading upcoming reviews that will be more specific and will continue to reveal the truth here.
