HORRIBLE… I had been there once for a pillow case cover and decided to go back with two bridesmaid dresses and two dressy pants to be shortened. My daughters went back two times for alteration. When I went to pick the dresses up, she said $ 150.00, her reasoning was because she is busy and old!!!’ The day of the wedding I realized that she hadn’t even taken anything in from one dress, which we had to pin in all over AND the other dress was the correct length in the front BUT the back was an inch shorter… THE Dress was useless since she had cut the back. The two pants OHMY the stitches showed all over and not even straight stitching… HORRIBLE I went back today and after a lengthy argument she gave half my money back and the sad part is that she JUSTDIDNOTGETIT… she thought I wanted money!!! Shame on you, you ruined the dress HORRIBLE experience SAVEYOURMONEY, go somewhere else… she will destroy your item

I get alterations done here. The woman always does a good job and her turn around time is quick. However, English is limited and the owners are not friendly at all. I had my wedding dress preserved here and when I picked it up the guy yelled at me to never open the box again. I understand he was telling me to preserve it, but he said with such anger and so loudly. They have been in business forever though

I am only reviewing the alteration part of this business as I have not used the dry cleaning. I don’t know why this place only has 2 stars(at the time of my review). I had a very pleasant experience. I walked in on a Wednesday and needed alterations done by Friday morning. She said no problem. Friday morning walked in a little earlier than the time we had agreed on and my dress was ready. Tried it on, and it was perfect!!! The price was great too. Will definitely be going back for any alteration needs!

Stay away from this place! I dropped off 2 dresses & a shirt for dry-cleaning and a queen sized comforter for laundering(a cat had peed on it and it reeked as well as had a stain). I specified the comforter was to be washed. 3 days later I pick all the items up and paid $ 50. When I got the comforter home is was obvious that nothing had been done to it. Stunk horribly and the stain was still there. I tried to be nice about it when I took it back and told the owner that there must have been some kind of mix up because the comforter was returned to me untouched. He started to raise his voice, berating me for cutting off the tag, telling me it was illegal to do so and because there was no tag he didn’t know how to clean it. I guess the solution was to do nothing yet charge me for dry-cleaning. I assured him the comforter was indeed washable and left it with him for laundering. When I picked it up I wasn’t charged for the laundering which was a good thing because, yet again, he did NOTHING except stuff it into a plastic bag. One coin operated jumbo machine at a Laundromat and $ 5 in quarters later my comforter is stain free and fresh as a daisy. Guess I should have done it myself to begin with. I will NEVER set foot into Busy Bee cleaners again.

Save your time and your money! Don’t come here! I dropped off a bridal dress on Thursday… The lady said it would be ready no later than Tuesday at 2pm… So here I am waiting to pick up my dress, and she hasn’t even started on it!!! WTF!!! She asked me if I could come back tomorrow! Ummm… I fly to Florida tomorrow, and the wedding is on Friday! I’ll never be back! The End.

I went to Busy Bee a few times and had a good experience until one day I went in to pick up 5 suits I had cleaned. They gave me 4 instead of 5. I had the ticket and they said it was wrong. I said it was right and would they be willing to look throughout the shop and find it. The owner proceeded to tell me that they never lose suits and it was a mistake on the ticket when I dropped off the cloths. I proceeded to explain that the suit was $ 900 dollar suit and I really don’t want to leave without them agreeing to look for it and even calling me to let me know if they found it or not. The owner got very mad at me and called me a trouble maker. I said no, I just want my suit. He then started cursing at me and trying to kick me out of the cleaners. I would not leave and he was yelling at me now with Korean curse words but I would not leave the store. I was being level headed and firm but not belligerent. He then tried to push me out the door to lock it but I would not leave just because he was wrong, lost my suit and would not agree to search for it. He was highly angry and yelling loudly, flailing his arms at me and stomping around. He then saw a truck pull up with a customer he knew and he tried to go outside and tell him how I was not leaving his store and that I was blaming him for losing an item of clothing. I showed him my receipt and let him know why I was there and not leaving. He sort of agreed to my being there. He then called his son who spoke English to come over which he did. He agreed to look for the item in question and never called me back. I never saw my suit again and they never called me. I will never go to this cleaners again and feel they are absolutely dishonest when they make a mistake.

Horrible job, horrible attitude… never so disappointed with any other service in my life. Apparently they not only thought they could charge for a job done terribly but also thought I would appreciate their verbal abuse as well.

They provided quick and quality hem service on short notice(dropped off Monday, was ready Friday, for an evening gown with 2 layers, and it was ready when promised. Only held a star back because the language barrier(or silent treatment?) left me feeling uneasy/unsure as to whether she knew/understood what I said regarding hem height preference. Happy with results though in the end.

I took a pair of very expensive pants to have seams repaired that had pulled out. I was told $ 5 for repairs in two places but then they charged me $ 7 when I picked it up because it was in two places even though I argued what they quoted. They also did a very sloppy terrible job with the repair so I asked them to re-do it. The re-do was better — but still very unprofessional looking in one spot and the pants were black and they used navy thead which showed on the outside as they topstitched in an areas which should not have been topstitched to begin with! I complained about the wrong thread color and they tried to tell me it was black! I will never come here again! Next time I’m going to Milt & Eddie’s in Burbank for my high end items(they work with the studios and have done good work for me in the past.).

Did a great job hemming some suit pants with a cuff. Dry cleaning on par with no compliant. The hemming did take about 5 days, but that seems to be the standard and I would not consider it to long. I would recommend them to anyone as my family has been using Busy Bee for years.

These guys are decent for getting dry cleaning turned over in only a day. I usually go here for alterations or repairs. My only quibble is that their turnover for ALTERATIONS is quite slow, they usually make you wait a week for hemming or sewing. They are also one of only a few places that do this type of work at only $ 8/$ 10 per pair of jeans, so you can understand why they are busy.
