Our dryer was making a horrible thumping sound and we knew we had a problem. We called ARC & USA and they got someone right out on a weekend to fix the problem. They identified the problem as the blower being broken, so they ordered the part for the repair and said it would be ready on Monday. Turns out the part for the repair did not match the model. Tony our repair guy drove all over Santa Clarita to find the part. He eventually tracked it down in New York, had it over nighted and the dryer is fixed only 48 hours after their original estimated completion time. Tony had to come to our house three times and while he was obviously not happy about it, he did his job professionally and courteously. When I was presented the bill the only extra charge was for the over night expense of the part delivery. My wife and I gladly and confidently recommend ARC USA to our network.
