I gave the one star for the girls at the front who were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Also the one star goes to the vet tech who seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Dr Stern started selling us vaccines as soon as we got there. Way to go Doc we are not there for vaccines otherwise we would have gone to TAGS. Also she tried to sell me senior food diets for my two other dogs who weren’t with me. Thank you but their diet is just fine and no amt of commercial vet approved diet could make my dog healthy on the contrary. Moreover, this vet tried to sell me antidiarrheal medication for my dog when I clearly told her my dog doesn’t have diarrhea. She said but she has soft stool which I responded it is soft and formed but not loose. How awful is this place!!! This is my first and last visit there. Another bad vet who puts profit before her patients.

I brought 5 puppies here a few years ago with Parvo and they saved all five! Wonderful! I’m back with one of those original puppies who now has a tumor below his exit-​only hole. They are prepping him for surgery and I feel like we are in capable hands. Wish us luck.

Brought our dog here for the hardest thing any pet owner has to do. They were incredibly supportive, understanding and accommodating.

These place is great for your pets the staff is great Amber on the front desk is super.

I have two kittens and of course I’m a wreck about keeping them healthy and happy. On New Years eve my little Honey West got an eye infection and not sure if it was from an injury or what. I decided to wait till morning since it was already late and called ACVC. They made an appointment for me right away and got us in on New Years day. They treated us with kindness and patience and took us right in even though we were early. Thankfully it was an infection that was quite routine and only required some eye drops. The whole staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and they even gave us our first visit for free! I can not recommend them enough!

If I recall correctly, I found All Creatures Vet due to an emergency I had with my dog. I needed to find a more local vet and this forced me to do it. I’m actually glad it happened this way as when I subsequently read the on-​line reviews, they weren’t so great …
My experiences with All Creatures Vet for the past two years has been amazing. They are always compassionate, courteous and take good care of my pitbull Rosie. They are also reasonable, price-​wise and care-​wise. I’m so grateful I found a great vet close to me!
I’m also very thankful that my regular vet, All Creatures vet, is a 24-​hour vet … definitely has been beneficial for us!

First off — clean, respectful assistance and general care for my deaf Great Dane. I usually don’t write reviews but this was such a great experience that I could not help it. My Great Dane Daphne suddenly had blood in her right eye and was having issues seeing on her right. I naturally freaked out worrying that it was right before leaving on a trip — knowing that a dog sitter might have to deal with it. I rushed Daphne down to the 24 ER vet. The waiting room was clean safe and I quickly moved to the exam room. They tried to scope my dogs eye which had turned from blue to a deep red. They could not find any external damage and she seemed to be not bothered by the eye– was not scratching or favoring it in any way. It just looked really gross. The vet tech was great she came in and immediately sat on the ground to gain my dogs trust (she is a large Great Dane) — the dr checked the eye and could not find any problems externally or on the cornea. He recommended a eye specialist in the valley. What an honest and real VET — not trying to upsale me or provide meds that were not going to do anything. He was serious about getting my dog to a eye specialist and that I will do. Thanks again! u

Had to bring my puppy in for an overnight leg surgery. It was very hard for me to leave her, but when I came back the next morning I was very pleasantly surprised on how well they treated her. All of the staff gave her a loving goodbye when I took her home and they also called a couple times to make sure she was doing okay. I have tried many vets in Santa Clarita and I have been so disappointed and shocked on how many do not seem like animal lovers. This place was amazing and also the location is beautiful and clean. The staff were all very friendly and very professional! I was all around impressed and will be going back to this location for my future veterinary needs.

Have never felt so calm at a vet. My dog is a very nervous chihuahua and they made her feel very comfortable given the situation. The price is resonable considering I arrived without notice at 4 am. No overnight fee. They offered both testing and symptomatic treatment. I went for the blood test. They did have to draw blood from her carotid artery because she would not stay still for them to successfully get it from her legs. They were very transparent of everything they did.

I have a real respect for this place and their staff. They go out of there way to accommodate with you. Staff is amazing very ethical and caring they genuinely want to help you. At least that’s the vibe I get awesome place.

We had a sad moment on Thanksgiving when our little dog got hurt and needed staples. We came in expecting a fortune, long waits and a horrible ending to a wonderful day. We ended with a very very reasonable bill. Fees are very inexpensive staff was very professional, knowledgable and excellent bedside manners. We were so very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend their services. Our little dog was even not really affected by the visit. Dr Blake and Shannon were fantastic! Thank you for all your help

All creatures is a great place to take your animals. I went in on Saturday with an emergency and they took great care of my dog. They loved him and made him comfortable.
I would highly recommend them.

Great place my cat needed help for a breathing problem. Shannon helped me by looking at the wellness of my cat rather then how much more they can tack on to my bill my kitty has meds and will be doing better soon

Can I just start by saying this is to me, the BEST vet in the Santa Clarita Valley!!! Why, because I have taken my Golden Retriever here twice within the 2 years I have had her and both times the staff and Drs. were so accommodating. They care so much about your pet and even give you a call the next day just to see how your pet is doing. Now the reason I am writing a review, is because my second visit here with my Golden (Lilly) was great!
First off, there was no wait to bring her in at 9pm, we were taken straight into the treatment room, second, the nurse was so great to Lilly and answered any questions I had before the Dr. came in, third, Dr. Sandhu was so nice and caring to Lilly’s needs and mine when it came to my pup.
Basically, my pup was acting pretty weird for about a week, her stomach was so enlarged and hard when you tried to rub her belly and she was panting for a week straight. I took her in and Dr. Sandhu requested some blood test for her and X-​Rays. Now, let me just say I was a bit paranoid because the price and at the time did not have insurance for her. The nurse came back with a price sheet on how much everything would be, I freaked out because it was way over my budget at the time…
Dr. Sandhu was very caring to my financial situation and caring to Lilly’s needs making sure that everything was okay with her, so him and his staff let me do a small payment plan with them for the first two months to pay off the X-​Rays and blood test. It was so kind of them and if I never to come back for whatever illness Lilly may have it will certainly be here!!! Thanks guys for all your help — Lilly is doing great now!

Atmosphere: ³⁄₅
This place is located in the cute Newhall strip and is simply decorated. Although the place was mostly clean and the entry is nice and offers free coffee, in one of the rooms I was asked to wait in with my dog (which was reallllly small — which is ok) there were stains on the wall from a previous dog and one chair which meant my husband and I took turns standing (not a big deal unless you are there for as long as I was). The second room I was asked to wait in was much larger and had 2 chairs but this time the floor was a bit sticky and the place was frigid.

Awful. I showed up 30 mins early to fill out the new client paperwork. I saw the Assistant after waiting 15 mins after my scheduled visit time — he was in and out after about 10 mins. In the second room I waited for just over an hour before I saw the vet — she was in and out after about 10 mins. I was told the blood work would take about another 10 mins — I waited for another 45 mins before anyone came back to let us know the results were in. It took another 30 mins to get the suggested medication and payment. I was there for over 3 hours (my entire afternoon) and spent a total of 20 mins with the staff.

The vet assistant was excellent and very courteous. He jotted down everything I shared with him to help try and build a good history of my pet since I was new to the clinic. He chatted with me for a little bit while I waited for the Vet. The receptionist was kind but a bit slow at getting the information to me — I’m sure that was just the system so no points against her specifically. The vet was informative and offered many services for a small issue that I didn’t think was a big issue.
Price: ²⁄₅
Yikes — I was hoping to get in and out of there with a $ 50 to $ 70 tab but ended up paying $ 310 for the visit. I want to say first that I called around to other clinics in the valley and base prices were pretty similar to this location — however there a lot of extras that are quite more expensive here like blood work and xrays. I chose this place due to the deal they were having for new clients — which I was denied at the end.
$ 45 for general check up (which previously they agreed to waive if I was getting my dog groomed but was denied this waive at time of check out).
$ 179 for the blood work (omg!)
$ 86 for medication — which I now feel I should have declined as I don’t think it was necessary.
$ 10 for Rabies (right now but subject to increase soon) as well as other shots
$ 30+ for basic bath, brush, nail trimming (additional $ 20 for nail grinding)
$??? an undisclosed amount for dental care. They wouldn’t give me an estimate, a range or a ball park amount at all. The prices is determined on the grade of the teeth and you have to have a visit before you can get a quote. This makes sense because they do not do your average dental cleaning, they use anesthesia and do full dental work up.

I unexpectedly and tragically lost my kitty last week. It was late at night and I wanted to have her cremated. Thankfully All Creatures is open 24 hours a day and I was able to bring her body in to have her sent out to be cremated. This was my first pet loss and I didn’t know what to expect when I received her ashes back. I was overwhelmed with emotion when I picked her up. Her ashes are placed in a beautiful wooden box with a lock & key and a name tag with her name engraved. I also received her paw print in clay, a small baggy with some of her hair, and an adornment inside a card that is to be planted where wild flowers will blossom. I’m so thankful that they were able to add in the small keepsakes that I wasn’t able to think of (I was a wreck when she passed away). This is such a sweet way to remember my beloved kitty Haikei. They also mailed out a card that all the staff had signed.
I had only been here one other time for an emergency visit with my dog. The staff is very kind and understanding here. I will be sure to refer everyone and will continue to bring my pets here.

I’ve had to come here a few times for middle of the night emergencies and always had a positive experience, all things considered.
This time my little Maltese was limping after walking up some stairs outside our apartment, so I decided to take him in to make sure he was ok. The front desk vet tech was friendly, had me fill out some paperwork, then we waited for a room.
We didn’t wait long and they took his vitals before letting us know the vet would be in shortly, which he was. He was also very nice and patient, examining my dog’s paw, legs, and joints to check for swelling. He determined that my dog had just sprained it and he’d be fine as he was already beginning to walk on his leg again.
Though nothing was wrong, we still had to pay $ 45 for the check up, which is normal. They don’t charge more the later you go either. I received a follow up call the next day to make sure he was still doing good.
I’d come back here again for a pet emergency.
