Raffine exclusively produces fine artisan chocolates from Old World European recipes still used today by master chocolate makers abroad. Company founder Mona Keady created Raffine out of a desire to bring the European chocolate experience to the U.S. To produce these confections, the company employes classic European techniques, then adds Keady’s special touch. Reffine blends the world’s finest chocolates with fresh fruit purees, spices, and specialty flavorings, all wrapped in elegant decorative casings as pleasurable to the eye as they are to the palate.

Raffine founder, Mona Keady, honed her art at the most respected pastry and chocolate institutions in Europe.
This includes the Ecole LaNotre in Paris, France, the Ecole du Grand Chocolate Valrhona at Tain I’Hermitage, (France), the Calebaut Chocolate Academy in Gent, Belgium and the Ecole Bellouet Conseil also, in Paris.
Raised in a family of culinary perfectionists and trained under the most demanding chocolate masters, Keady is accustomed to achieving nothing short of excellence.
Keady works with variety of top confectionary suppliers and other business associates to bring her clients the finest chocolates and service available. She embraces the highest standards in crafting her artisan chocolates, as reflected in the company’s name Raffine: to refine: to enhance: to rise above all others.
