We help students identify and gain admission to colleges where they can be happy and successful. Through coaching and expert advice we help students acquire valuable skills, take the stress out of the college admissions process and help families make important decisions.

History

Established in 2010.

Jim Obernesser founded Your Way To College after seeing too many students prepare poorly for college admissions, often ending up disappointed with their choices — or having no choice at all.

Jim brings to college admissions consulting his experience as a tutor, volunteer mentor and admissions consultant for local and national organizations, including serving as a coach at three College Summit summer workshops. He has completed training at the IECA Summer Training Insititute and is an IECA associate member in good standing.
