First time visiting and I will be back! They did a great job — very thorough and careful. Pedicure took about an hour(did the spa one). My toes look great and my feet feel great!

I wish I had read some of the reviews before heading to this nail salon. Very bad experience. Over charged. Rough service. In addition, the plumbing was being worked on while we were there. Had I been relaxed into a state of bliss, I probably wouldn’t have noticed the water pouring all over the floor. The women there were rude to us. The man — I think the owner — was yelling at the women who were doing our toes. Very very bad experience.

I felt compelled to sign up for an account because this place is so awful. I would definitely give zero stars if it were possible. Worst manicure, and manicure experience, ever. Firstly, it’s not particularly clean, and the woman was so rude the moment we walked in the door. She was relentless in trying to get me to have a pedicure as well, because my friends nails were going to take longer to dry, and when I politely declined, she quite obviously made an unkind remark to her co-worker. The manicure was fast, rough, and terrible, and I got yelled at quite frequently. It’s been less than 24 hours and half of my polish is already chipped off, and her«shaping» technique is non existent. She didn’t even ask me what shape I would like, and they are all jagged and not at all square, which is the shape she chose. After my nails were done, she put my hands under a desk lamp to «dry» them while I waited for my friend. She then made herself quite the salad, lounged in the pedi chair to eat it, then came over and curled up on the couch to watch a movie and take a rest, all while I was sitting there for 20+ minutes for my nails to «dry» under this fabulously effective desk lamp. It was seriously the worst experience ever and I will not go back. They don’t appear to sterilize their instruments, and today my nails hurt. I’ll have to take the polish off anyway, since most of my nails are chipped. What a waste of time and money. She did manage to peel herself away from the movie long enough to stand over me while waiting for a tip.

When you don’t open when the sign on your door says you do, people can’t come in, get their nails done and leave positive Unilocal reviews.

This place is a little pricey($ 32 for a pedicure with a $ 5 extra scrub), but they did a great job!

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The women who did my toes and my friend’s toes were extremely thorough. They massaged both of our legs for 10 minutes each! My nails looked fantastic! If I lived around here I would be a regular!

Away from my regular salon, called and got an appt at short notice at the time requested. Promptly taken, excellent pedi –not a glamorous spa so I was surprised at the up sells(2) but they were both appropriate recommendations and I was very pleased with the results. Actually added a manicure at the end of my appt. if this place was more convenient for me, I’d switch salons. Definitely worth a try. Price was right as well.

have had many many many mani/pedis in my lifetime– alot in Newburyport at salons and other specialty nail salons. This one I received today from Annie at Newburyport Nails by far outweighed any other place I have been. Walked in no appointment and they were able to take me no problem. Nbpt Nails is not fancy but it is clean. All the ladies are sooooo incredibly friendly and kind. Annie was meticulous with the pedicure and manicure. Gave me an amazing leg and foot massage. By the time I left there– I wasn’t sure I could drive I was so relaxed, my feet looked like a glamorous newborns(so soft and beautifully polished) and my nails… I swear she made my fingers look longer and tapered. Whatever her secrets are, I will definately be back for more! thank you Annie!
