I’m sure Mark is a good real estate attorney but we learned he has limited expertise in terms of estate planning the hard way. We spent close to $ 2,300 attempting to update an old set of wills and a family trust. All Mark did was create two page amendments for each. We were subsequently advised that our trust would not accomplish what we set out to accomplish. Upon forwarding this opinion to Mark, he responded and sent a $ 600 invoice. We now plan to start over and spend the same amount all over again with a new attorney we have researched more extensively. I would not recommend Mark for estate planning.
