Not happy. Took an hour to do my oil change and inspection. I called beforehand to make sure they had time and to find out what the charges would be for both an inspection and an oil change for my type of vehicle. Instead, they put synthetic oil in my car when I told them on the phone before I came that I didn’t want synthetic. I waited for an hour, the girl at the desk came out and said that the mechanic is «so used to putting synthetic oil in my type of car, that he put it in.» Great. I told her that I should only be charged the amount she quoted me on the phone. So, guess what? The mechanic takes the synthetic oil OUTOFMYCAR, and puts in regular oil. I tell her, «I’ve been waiting for an hour already, why can’t he just leave the oil in there? She says, «Because, then we’re basically paying for your oil change.» I told her, «What about my time?» I waited for two hours! To top it off, the mechanic comes out, throws my keys on her desk and when I got up to get them, he looked at me and walked away pissed off. If you put synthetic oil in someone’s car when being told beforehand not to do it but you do it anyway, why wouldn’t you just leave it instead of making your client wait longer? I was a first time client and will not be back again.
