A Better Life is a hypnosis and Reiki practice serving the Newburyport, MA area. Hypnosis is similar to meditation in that both of these modalities utilize the power of your mind to make positive changes in your life. We will explore the emotional causes of stress, and subsequently how that stress creates and perpetuates unwanted habits such as smoking or overeating. Reiki is an ancient technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is performed by the practitioner by «laying on hands» and is based on the idea that an unseen «life force energy» flows through us and gives us life. A Better Life Started out as Hypnosis only but since has expanded to include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki. All three modalities work very well together to help you heal.
