Established in 2006 when William moved into the area. A contractor with years of expiriance in the industry William decided he needed a local flavor to the company name when he moved here. The company has started out slow but has steadly built his reputation in the area as a builder with knowledge and itegrity.

William Barrett’s experience spans 25+ years and stems from the hands-​on experience he received during the process of building his business. Over time, Bill developed a superlative reputation as a man with high ethical standards and integrity. These qualities are reflected in his work and are key elements in his company, Plum Island Construction.

Bill started his business in the mid-​1980s. He continues to remain focused on the needs of the homeowner. Let us show you some of our current projects and guide you through the construction process. Bill’s craftsmanship can be seen in homes throughout New England and more recently along the New England coastline. Coastal construction and building a high quality, affordable, weather-​tight house is what we do best. The appearance of the exteriors and interiors of these dwellings is proof positive that they were tailored and designed particularly for the lifestyles and needs of the homeowners.
