Business Owner

Scott Harper, CEO, has been part of the Fastframe team for 20 years. His experience as a franchisee helped him transition over to the corporate office to work in the operations department before being promoted to Vice President in 2010. During that time he mainstreamed corporate communications, increased store sales and began a new direction in marketing based on current trends in internet and social media marketing.
